The beach was beautiful and clean and the service was wonderful. Everyone was attentive and friendly very caring staff. Unfortunately we got very sick for 3 days, the medical staff were wonderful and the medical attention was outstanding. The room was comfortable. The food was ok too. It was a bitter sweat experience but overall happy we got to visit such beautiful place.

Our first visit was a 2 week stay. Wish we could have stayed a month or more. Great facility. Huge and spacious. Amazing beach. Room had private plunge pool. Was fantastic. The hotel is located right on a beautiful beach with lots of seating/sunbathing options. The food and drinks at the restaurant are delicious. The environment is calm, relaxing and their staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are super clean. The front desk staff is not the friendliest though. That is something to improve. We were a group of 14. We think this is a very good option in their price range. I would recommend having more control over the dogs laying around the property. They were all friendly, but for some people this could be unappealing.

The property was ok. The food was ok. There were termites in our room and on the bed due to the cheap wood used on the furniture. The staff took care of it right away but I don’t plan on staying here during our next visit to Las Terrenas. The pool was the best part.

We had an awesome time at this resort. We loved the beach, the layout of the hotel and the friendly staff. My favorite part was that there were a lot of cats in the grounds.

They have a vast variety of food options in the buffet. Their food is also top quality. This resort has so many activities that it’s impossible to get bored.

Spectacular sunsets over a sea so calm it could virtually be a mill pond. The tranquillity of the sea is matched by that of the point itself, palm fringed, rarely many people and no traffic noise. An ideal spot from which to contemplate the sunset in all too rare peace and quiet.

It’s beautiful. But is like a hidden beach so it Took me a few minutes to find it. Is gorgeous breath taking. However there’s really nothing around but villas. I recommend, (if you’re a not staying in the area) bring food and water spend the day and watch the sunset.

The staff is amazingly friendly. The rooms are great. No AC but ceiling fans we're fine. Hot water, tv's. etc. It's not a big place. But it has a pool and a bus that takes you into town. Wonderful and beautiful resort with amazing staff. The breakfast is amazing. We were here for their Mother’s Day. The grilled buffet included seafood, ribs, fruit and vegetables. There was no conveniences on site. No coffee makers in the rooms. The staff spoke no English. The room itself was large clean and beautiful.

I will definitely come back to this hotel in my next trip to Las Terrenas. My only suggestion is to upgrade the main entrance's door, as it can be an inconvenient to keep calling with our cellphones every single time we need to enter or exit the facility. Just like the elevator, we should be able to use our room's key to come in.or step out.

It is definitely not as Booking.com shows. The small apartments have very bad ventilation and no aircon included. The place is really far from the beach and the neighborhood doesn't look nice at all.. I was walking alone at night without issue but it didn't feel nice. I loved this place. It's beautiful, quite (no loud music around), and the staff is helpful. It's perfect for couples. The only shortcoming is the location. As a solo traveller I didn't like to go back home alone in the night. Neighbourhood seems quite but the street is not well lit and there's no-one around

We stayed here in July 2016. The owners were very hospitable. We were in a self contained room with a kitchen. We were able to leave our car in the yard and we felt safe the entire time. I would stay here again.
