Room was nice and clean. Sound of the waves very nice. The food was terrible. My husband actually used the word gross. Cold pasta, warm cheese. Empty juice or no glasses. Pizza is ok but for this price I do not want to eat pizza every meal. Omelet was very good.

It is an only adults hotel, which means quite and relaxing time. Beautiful and well maintained gardens. Beach is great, water is warm but rough. Maybe for younger people is good, they can use the boards/surfs that the hotel offer for free. It is fun! Variety of food, abundant; but on my second day there I got sick. Ok resort - either twenty-somethings or older retirees for the most part. Food was excellent but service was not. If you don't speak French or Spanish, you will be ignored. Staff aggressive for tips and focus on that rather than providing real service. Found this from the Airport to the Resort and the day trips. The room had a foul smell to it but we figured that since we would only be there for sleeping, we could deal with it. The staff were okay just that we felt that unless you were a foreigner (caucasian) they would have treated us with respect and equality. The check in staff was phenomenal. The only incident was in the morning when a gentleman by the name of Felipe approached us to talk to us about the club. Nice infrastructure, exciting beach, friendly staff - only prices are extremely high (double espresso dop 600 = usd 8.5 and water by aqua panda dop 750) prices higher than in Switzerland.

The staff were very friendly and respectful. I have to say that the rooms need an update specially the bathrooms. The food was also really good. All activities were fun and the beach was incredible.

Beautiful resort, the food was fantastic. Staff were good and friendly but not many had very good English. You can walk on the beach for miles and miles. About 25 minute walk down the beach towards Las Terenas you come to a cool restaurant and bar called El Mosquito. We were there Nov 2025 and will be going back next year. Property limit and force restrictions on the usage of air conditioning in to the unit for saving money on energy, incredible for a beach destination in the middle of the Caribbean region.
