We love staying at the Gran Almirante. Aymet was such a great part of our trip. She takes great care of us and always has a smile on her face. We love the service and food! The facilities are average. Anyway, foreign hotels can't be compared with domestic ones. I booked an executive room, but I don't know if they arranged an executive room for me. Anyway, it was a very small room.

This hotel is very clean, and I appreciated the convenient 1PM check-out time instead of the usual noon. The amenities are basic but sufficient, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable.

Allow early check in if room is available. We arrived early but were not allowed to check in until exactly 3pm. They could be a little more lenient. Weary traveler just wanted to get to the room and rest.

The staff is very helpful, from the parking, the front desk, the restaurant. The room is small but clean, enough for me and my wife. The bed and pillows were find and an extra blanket was available there at the room, there is also a safe in the room for valuables.

This hotel is very nice. My room was very clean and the staff were very kind. There is a rooftop restaurant, bar and swimming pool with some lounge chairs and You can look out the area since the hotel is one of the tallest buildings there. The location seemed out of nowhere but I was able to uber to the nearby downtown to have brunch and also buy some local chocolate. Very close, only 5-10 mins away

Great place, spotless, stunning Mountain Views. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the atmosphere was very relaxing, and the complimentary breakfast was great!

Overall, we had a great stay. We arrived at 2 PM and requested early check-in because the hotel is about 30 minutes from the city and I had a 3 PM doctor’s appointment, and we didn’t want to travel back and forth with our luggage. Early check-in required an extra fee, which was the only downside. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
