Hodelpa Garden Court in Santiago

My family and I arrived at the hotel around 1 p.m. Although check‑in was scheduled for 3 p.m., we were pleasantly surprised to be accommodated early thanks to the room’s availability. The room itself was spotless, in excellent condition, and both the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

We were very hungry when we arrived, and the food did not disappoint. Everything was delicious, but the Sancocho (Dominican‑style soup) truly stood out. The drinks were excellent as well—the margarita was great, but the piña colada was honestly the best I’ve ever had.

The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Julissa Sánchez, in particular, went above and beyond. I accidentally left my Apple Watch—an expensive one—and she brought it to me while we were at the pool. A few minutes later, she even returned my glasses, which I had also forgotten at the table. She was truly an angel.

Hodelpa clearly has an exceptional team of service professionals. Everyone we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. I even congratulated the manager for having such a wonderful staff. Please keep up the excellent work—you are all doing an amazing job!

Airport shuttle was included and they switched my room to 2 queen beds instead 1 king bed as I had 2 small children with. Thanks for such great service

Awesome stay. Felt fresh from a great treatment the night before and the morning off prior to my flight. Both thebdinner and the breakfast were on point, and the beds was super comfortable! Greqt staff service as well!

Great hotel located close to the Santiago airport. The staff was courteous and extremely welcoming. Great pool area with a very good Mojito drinks! Great buffet style, and breakfast included in our stay

All the staff at this hotel are amazing! They are really attentive and always with a smile! You leave your room and the house keeping great you with good morning! We had the most amazing experience.

Great location if you need to stay near by the airport. The room and the pool was good. The breakfast was good I would recommend to add more options.

Only stayed here for one night, super clean, beautiful property, staff is excellent, I got a one hour massage from Sheila, she was awesome. Great massage, super kind and even gave me some instruction on stretches I should be doing to help the tightness in my shoulders. Would definitely recommend booking a massage with her.
