Every company, every place, has there good and bad apples, unfortunately hodelpa is not the exception and there is 1 lady at the front desk that she was not very welcoming towards the guest and it was uncomfortable for me if i had an issue having to speak to her

This is our favorite hotel! From the moment you check in, you realize that service, friendliness and hospitality is of prime importance here. The staff is attentive, and the service is over the top

We love it here! Big shout out to Raphael and Maximo at the front desk, Hillary, Pedro S and Pedro R, Domingo and Diana at the great breakfast who treat us like royalty, and Aymet and Maciel at the pool bar who great us every day with a smile, and serve us fantastic drinks and food while treating us like royalty

We love the service and food! The pool area leaves you feeling like you’re at a resort in the middle of the city. The massages are awesome and very reasonably priced

Beautiful rooms, beautiful pool and bar area outdoors, and great food at the restaurants

When in Santiago de los Caballeros this is my home, Gran Almirante Hodelpa Hotel. Staff in the entire complex are 5 stars service. Highly recommend this place will Be there soon again

The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Julissa Sánchez, in particular, went above and beyond. I accidentally left my Apple Watch—an expensive one—and she brought it to me while we were at the pool

Great hotel located close to the Santiago airport. The staff was courteous and extremely welcoming. Great pool area with a very good Mojito drinks! Great buffet style, and breakfast included in our stay

Awesome stay. Felt fresh from a great treatment the night before and the morning off prior to my flight. Both thebdinner and the breakfast were on point, and the beds was super comfortable! Greqt staff service as well!

Everything was delicious, but the Sancocho (Dominican‑style soup) truly stood out. The drinks were excellent as well—the margarita was great, but the piña colada was honestly the best I’ve ever had

The room itself was spotless, in excellent condition, and both the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. We were very hungry when we arrived, and the food did not disappoint

Wellington & Xiomara Wellington is the young man who assists Mrs Xiomara, Mrs Xiomara is my favorite housekeeping friend because she always make sure that my room is kept clean, when I need her to clean the room she always tell me to give her a few seconds then she will come, on the other hand Wellington would start bringing all the necessary things to clean the room before Mrs Xiomara come to clean...

When I first came to the hotel I was greeted by the most amazing person in the world, Jennifer is one of the most amazing people that you have ever seen

Allow early check in if room is available. We arrived early but were not allowed to check in until exactly 3pm. They could be a little more lenient. Weary traveler just wanted to get to the room and rest.

The staff is very helpful, from the parking, the front desk, the restaurant. The room is small but clean, enough for me and my wife

Moises When it comes to ordering my food from the restaurant, oh my gosh! Moises Is like the next superman that lives on earth, I really don't know how he does it but he is on time, no matter what he is doing he always comes and checks to see if I am okay, this guy really is an amazing person

My room was very clean and the staff were very kind. There is a rooftop restaurant, bar and swimming pool with some lounge chairs and You can look out the area since the hotel is one of the tallest buildings there

From the pool, cigar lounge, restaurant, and dining under the moonlight to the live music and DJ provided. All I have to say is it was all the way live

waking up to the view and seeing it illuminated at night was truly special and made my experience unforgettable. I highly recommend the AC Hotel Santiago to anyone visiting the city, whether for business or leisure

Nice place, but the casino has been closed for over 2 years. If you are going to party then it's your place. There's night clubs on each side of the hotel. If you are going and want to sleep, then it's not for you

Nice experience. Close to different touristic places. Clean rooms, and a variety of food in the breakfast buffet. The service was also kind and friendly. The casino is under reconstruction, but I'm not into it.

The check-in was very simple, the staff was great and the traditional Dominican breakfast is a very good perk.

Noise: The hotel has a nightclub on site, which makes it very noisy at night. The music from the club and the sound of guests walking and talking in the hallways continued well into the early hours

You get a complete view from Santiago all the way to San Francisco de Macorís. They have a great chef, Carlos, who cooks like your Dominican grandmother. The only thing is be patient it takes time, but it’s so worth it

Absolutely enjoyed my time! The service was great. The room was beautiful, very very clean. We even got a tour of the property which had a pool, pool table, a nice scenic walk to see some animals

Excellent place , To start owner her self revived us wen arrived , friendly and pleasant place , good breakfast , not a lot of choice for breakfast but wat they had was good , deftly I will be staying there again

It’s location is superb… you have a nice sight of the whole city from the top of the mountains. The hotel personnel is well trained and extremely polite; always willing to make you feel like home.

Great place, spotless, stunning Mountain Views. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the atmosphere was very relaxing, and the complimentary breakfast was great!

We arrived at 2 PM and requested early check-in because the hotel is about 30 minutes from the city and I had a 3 PM doctor’s appointment, and we didn’t want to travel back and forth with our luggage

Early check-in required an extra fee, which was the only downside. Otherwise, everything was excellent

We especially enjoyed the Grilled Octopus & Filet Mignon which were cooked to perfection & beautifully presented. We’ll definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this place to friends and family!

The room was excellent, the bathroom very large and clean. The location is not bad but I found it a little difficult if you don’t have a transport. Need to pay more attention to the luggage handle

Although I didn’t have the chance to try the food, the hotel features a beautiful and spacious rooftop restaurant with great views of the area. Definitely a hotel I will 100% consider for my next stay in Santiago

It is close to the new Agora Santiago Mall. They gave a passion fruit courtesy drink upon arrival. I extended my stay by one day. The restaurant above the hotel was excellent

I had a great mojito as well as a surprisingly good mocha Frappe that I asked him to make for me and that came out to about $3. Definitely will be staying here again

Bed was super comfy and everything was clean and it smelled awesome throughout the hotel. Didn’t get to enjoy their restaurant, probably during another visit

Upon entering the hotel you can tell right away the modern touches and how well kept it is. Loved the layout of the room and how modern everything was
