We had an amazing stay! Quick check-in, helpful staff, and a nice reception. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the coffee was excellent. However, there were a couple of downsides: the lake view was a bit disappointing, and the main pool was closed for the winter season. They open a very small pool on the 3rd floor instead. I which i had things to say other than yhe beautiful view. The water is amazing! Thats it you guys have to train your staff. This place is becoming international and As i said to rixos the same you have to train your staff. Or youll just be off the map soon. We all moved to ras el hikma. Only staying for friends so hust be nice or never coming back.

The hotel is located outside the airport outside of Alexandria. It is a good place for summer vacation and leisure. If you go out with relatives, friends or family, it is okay to stay here occasionally.

Highly recommended, first time here! Beautiful beaches, lovely restaurants, great atmosphere. Definitely come again! There's something for everyone to do in and on the water. The marina is definitely worth a visit; it has lovely shops and lots to see.

It was a fantastic trip. The sand on the beach was incredibly fine, soft, and comfortable, and the seawater had a beautiful gradient of blue. The only downside was the large waves, but they were still quite spectacular.
