We were absolutely delighted with the exceptional food quality and felt incredibly safe and secure throughout our trip. The hotel provides a very trustworthy environment, which gave us great peace of mind.
The hotel's beautiful beach and stunning water are perfect for enjoying the view and the great atmosphere. A minor enhancement like a breakwater would be a fantastic addition, making swimming more accessible for all guests. We also believe a little refresh in the bathrooms would be a great upgrade to an already lovely experience.
Overall, our family had a fantastic time and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The location is perfect — right by the beach with stunning sea views, and the pool area is great for relaxing. The food was delicious with a wide variety to choose from, and the service was always friendly and attentive.

1. Friendly, helpful and understandable staff everywhere

7. Deluxe room had a top view to see both sea and pool and the whole resort.

10. Guest relations follow up multiple times during our stay to check if we have any problems with our stay
Also, I wanted to enjoy a drink and I’ve been told that they don’t serve alcohol. Wrong choice.
The only thing, is that the reception team were not that helpful, they knew we were couple but they booked us a room in between a very noisy young people, so it was really very annoying.
Another issue, I asked them to prepare a small surprise for my wife because of our anniversary but they didn’t do anything, which was so disappointing.
