Iman Shaaba and Dena Ahmad from house keeping really did an exceptional job cleaning my room .
They are so professional and kind.
The entire staff and management did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable and were always ready to help in all circumstances.
They always also provided a vehicle to take me to the hospital and were always swift about it. It made me feel like I was home and being cared for by another family.
All the front desk staff were very professional, welcoming ,kind and patient.
The security team at the entrance were also quite graceful, alert and very welcoming.
The food at the restaurant were always sooo delicious and all the staff at the restaurant are always just as nice and helpful , making sure you are always comfortable to enjoy your meal.
I will always definitely visit and stay on any trip to Alexandria.
Kudos to the entire staff and management.

Pleasant experience in the 3 nights of stay there with other 3 colleagues. Fitness room is well equipped and working perfectly; on the SPA side, the steam bath was not so performing, due to the temperature not in line with expectations (only 33 °C). Nothing to complaint about services and restaurants, especially the Golf Club one was very good. Special thanks to Mohamed Ibrahim from the front desk for his help and support on the organization and management of transfer service from and to Cairo.

We had an amazing stay! Quick check-in, helpful staff, and a nice reception. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast offered a great variety, and the coffee was excellent.
However, there were a couple of downsides: the lake view was a bit disappointing, and the main pool was closed for the winter season. They open a very small pool on the 3rd floor instead. Also, there weren’t many activities available at the hotel other than the gym.

Room and services are good. Ms. Dena our cleaning incharge clean the room very well and really appreciated to change daily bedsheet and towels without any request. I will visit again and choose the same services.

Very nice , clean hotel. Good food with very limited variety, an unpleasant experience in the restaurant regarding the refill of the dishes takes a very long time.swimming pool very nice with bad guard and towel man. Not present in his place , not enough towels for the whole guests. Every time say 5 mins , it took around an hour and instead of saying sorry , he said it is not my problem 😔

The dishes lacked flavor and seemed poorly prepared. Given the reputation of your establishment, I was disappointed by this aspect of my stay. Nice hotel at all. Very friendly staff. Large rooms and nice bed.
Breakfast is nice as well.
Music after 9pm should not be played outside cause it's 1 to 1 in the room and it sucks.
Prices are very fair. Air con works properly.
