I had trouble when I arrived at the hotel, had payed 3000 dollars. But had to pay 1600 to reception at arrival. After 3 short phone calls, trip.com transfer the money I payed extra. Even before I got back to Norway. Easy and Good service. Had great food and Junior Suite, can recommend. Both the Hotel, Egypt and Trip.com.

The resort itself is a massive complex. So many different activities and food. We booked all inclusive deal. Staff were friendly. Also loved the aqua park so much!

Very, very excellent, cleanliness and attention, but restaurant reservations are difficult. You have to make reservations two days in advance. It’s strange how two days in advance and there is no online service.

Amazing location for snorkeling and relaxing. Friendly personnel, good food and weather. But I put 4 stars because we were missing some basic stuff such as tooth brash, slippers and robe. Rooms conditions can be slightly better too. But recommend the location any way.

Judging by the hotel's pictures in net, it might seem new, but it's an old hotel; its half meter deep, you can't swim more than that its limited space... I had a disappointing experience at Rixos Hotel. The food quality was poor and did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this level. The staff attitude felt very rigid and unwelcoming, more like dealing with the army than hospitality professionals. Overall, the experience was not good value for the money paid, and I expected much better for a luxury brand like Rixos

The staff were amazing. All of the guards, supervisor and staff in the aqupark and swimming pools and beach were not only extremely friendly but also extremely conscientious. Hotel grounds is beautiful, pool looks great. But territory is huge and rooms are far away from the entrance. Room is big and clean. WiFi us bad and hardly work. At night it was a very noisy party outside that bothered our sleep.

There were many people, and we were the only Chinese guests here; everyone was a Russian VIP. We drank and sunbathed a lot. The environment was okay, and the snorkeling conditions seemed alright without comparison. Beach spots are limited, so you need to arrive early to secure a good spot. Loved the hotel and facilities although I think one visit a week to one of the three restaurants is a bit tight. The beach is ok but you will need beach shoes. The snorkel areas are good but get a bit busy. The excursions we went on were desert safari and an all day boat trip with snorkeling was good value. We recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the welcome felt unenthusiastic and unhelpful, setting the tone for the rest of my stay. I really liked the snack bar near heated pool ,staff are great happy people ,was a pleasure to eat there ,cheese burger and chips were great ,liked the pizza selection too .

The resort was lovely, had everything you needed from small shops to hair dressers and lovely staff. Plenty for kids to do and also for adults. Staff very attentive and pleasant, hotel and grounds are kept beautiful and very well looked after. Beautiful setting, lovely being able to take a few steps from the hotel and straight onto the beach. Entertainment was very enjoyable. The food was amazing and catered for all tastes, so much to choose from throughout the day. Loved every minute

Pool and grounds were nice but there was a clear difference between the areas of the resort. The beach side was significantly more updated and the front side needs to match. Also, we ended up having three rooms because the first two were either still dirty and smelled, or didn’t even have a large bed for a couple.

The hotel is lovely, very open grounds and not overcrowded. Food is fresh and really good quality with a wide selection. The staff couldn’t have done more for us. Overall a great trip

I absolutely have to rave about this hotel! I'd seen so many negative reviews about it online, but since I didn't have time to change my mind, I just went ahead and checked in. This was the best and most comfortable hotel I stayed at during my 14-day trip. The hotel was incredibly generous. The fridge was overflowing with free drinks, and we even took some home because we couldn't finish them all....

Excellent location. Excellent cuisine and service on the beach. Recommended for families and couples.

Very nice and new resort. Friendly and helpful stuff. There is own coral reef. The rooms at the ground floor have own pools. Please note, there is another Remal Resort close by at the second line. Only Remal Beach Resort is on the beach.
