I had trouble when I arrived at the hotel, had payed 3000 dollars. But had to pay 1600 to reception at arrival. After 3 short phone calls, trip. com transfer the money I payed extra. Even before I got back to Norway

You can travel inside of the hotel with buggy buses 7/24 which is nice not wasting time or get exhausted to reach beach pool restaurants etc

Very, very excellent, cleanliness and attention, but restaurant reservations are difficult. You have to make reservations two days in advance. It’s strange how two days in advance and there is no online service.

The VIP service managed by Mahmoud and his team (Mina was our private butler) is just great! they made our stay easier and more relaxing! they took care of alot of details including our anniversary celebration (decorations and cake were offered for free)

This hotel offers everything one could desire for an ideal vacation: a beautiful coral reef with a superb swimming area, a private beach and pontoon, and a restaurant serving delicious dishes

The massages here are outstanding. Fantastic beach with coral and some marine life. You will see divers, diving from the docks. They have a SCUBA shop and a technical shop here for all of your driving needs

Our stay at the Pickalbatros Palace Sharm "Aqua Park" was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the resort exceeded all of our expectations as a family

The only downside was the small snorkeling area and the big waves, which was a slight drawback for snorkeling enthusiasts

The hotel rooms were of Home Inn standard, with grouty finishes and poor cleanliness. Public area facilities were of five-star resort hotel standard

The coral reef near the hotel is also great for snorkeling. You can rent snorkels at the hotel. The food at the buffets is excellent, with a wide selection! Check-in was a bit slow, but otherwise the service was good

The environment was beautiful, truly beyond words. I just wanted to relax here, eating, drinking, and strolling around every day. All meals and drinks were free, and there were service points just a few steps away

The restaurant La Churrascaria was amazing, the meat was phenomenal, they did prawns aswell , they keep coming round until you turn your block to red, we were extremely full! We stayed in room 1227 which gets plenty of sunshine on the balcony. Food was ok but some of the bar staff in the lobby could do with being a bit more pleasant towards guests. I would go back to this hotel

The beach belongs to the sister hotel and is reached by walking through a tunnel to cross the road, then either a 5 minute walk the other side, or a shuttle bus that runs continually all day (never have to wait more than 5 minutes)

The staff are extremely hard working and are a credit to the hotel. The only negative was the hot water or lack of. If you timed it right you were OK. Otherwise you had luke warm showers

Despite “renovated” rooms, ours was covered in dust and building residue (plaster in sockets, switches, and even the shower). Many power sockets didn’t work—we had to unplug the TV or fridge just to use the kettle

Food was average at best—certainly not 5-star—although the à la carte Indian and seafood restaurants were excellent. The Pool 1 grill bar served some of the best burgers I’ve ever had

The gardens of the hotel place are beautiful. The animation team did a great job, joyful always with kids and adults, every mornings at beach doing activities, every evening doing a different show at amphitheater

The private beach is beautiful and ideal for families. There are plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas. The sea is stunning, and the jetty makes snorkeling easy and safe

Beach is good, there are two places to see fish, one is closer in ponton can even see lion fish and eel, but in the end of ponton, which is quite a walk 900 m is really spectacular coral Riff with a lot of different fish

We have just returned from a week at Edge by Rotana Sea Beach & Aquapark, and overall our experience was very positive, especially traveling with young children. The resort is large and well organized

There were many people, and we were the only Chinese guests here; everyone was a Russian VIP. The environment was okay, and the snorkeling conditions seemed alright without comparison

Loved the hotel and facilities although I think one visit a week to one of the three restaurants is a bit tight. The beach is ok but you will need beach shoes. The snorkel areas are good but get a bit busy

We stayed there for a week from the 21st June. Many pools, and the beach is amazing and great scenery. In my opinion, I feel there there could’ve been a lot more options to choose from

They really know how to host with perfection! We went all inclusive and the chefs are so on perfectionism mouth watering menus and buffet, with different cuisines daily! Ashraf mostofa chef is absolutely superb with the allthe tastey desserts that he would set aside for us

Shout out to some particular staff members who really did make our stay 5* - Osama at the beach bar! Osama has been our friend since our first stay and always has time for a quick chat, his drinks are the best and nothing is too much trouble, I dont drink and he made me some lovely fruity cocktails

Hotel has ample activties for the whole family. Entertainment staff were freindly, especially Merekl. Room staff Wael Mahdy , went out of his way leaving a special towel design everyday and was very friendly

Drinks at the bar are of good quality with a wide variety available. Sunbeds are plentiful, so there’s no need to worry about availability

Staff will do anything and everything for you. Very clean and tidy everywhere. WiFi worked everywhere with no outages. My only issue was the lack of spirits but that’s only because I like a peach schnapps during the day

The hotel itself is incredibly clean, the staff are constantly cleaning everywhere with the gardens being tended to all the time also. The room cleaners are very helpful and do a great job in keeping everything clean

To top it all off, a small terrace with chairs and a table where you can gaze out at the sea. The sea is just steps away, the beach is well-kept and clean, with a walkway that takes you beyond the coral reef

The resort is breathtakingly beautiful, with endless photo-worthy spots—from the beach to the pool to the restaurants. It’s truly one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever seen

The rooms at the ground floor have own pools. Please note, there is another Remal Resort close by at the second line. Only Remal Beach Resort is on the beach

And finally, there is a guy who works at the Spa, he will harass you everyday, 2-3 times per day, whether you are around the pool or the beach, there is no escape from him pestering you to book a treatment at the Spa

Ended up booking here last minute due to our holiday to Zanzibar being cancelled, so had few options and very little time to research, but luckily we struck gold! From the warm and efficient reception on arrival the exceptional service continued throughout our 2 week stay
