The only positive side is the location for summer - nearby lake shore. Completely out of normal value for money range. To pay over 70 eur for max 2 star hotel in Voru out of the season is crazy. Last time I stayed in Tallinn in good 3 star hotel for 45 eur. Run down facilities, breakfast was very poor, room was so cold, that even second blanket did not help. To switch off light, you have to go to the entrance in arctic cold room. We were a group. All complained the same.

The hotel is in poor condition. Beds were not in good quality. Isolation between the rooms was weak, you could hear talks and TV sound very clearly from neabour room. The smell in WC was disturbing.

No airconditioner!? Minimalistic but otherwise clean, nice view, comfy bed. Right by the beach.

Booked room with balcony, but got just standard room and only at 6pm.

We arrived late but none of the less the staff was warm and friendly. They also sell drinks (soft and alcoholic) at the reception. Room was spacious and clean but a bit outdated. Bathroom had a floor heating which I loved, I always get cold from cold hotel floors. Balcony was nice with a great view on the lake, two chairs and a table so great for drinks. There is nice selection of massages and other procedures available. Breakfast room also has a great view to the lake.
Only areas that can be improved is deep cleaning between bathroom tiling and breakfast table had no labels so there was some guessing what I can and can't eat.
