Hansa in Tartu

We paid 80 EUR for 1 night for standard room. For such price we were shocked to see what the hotel had to offer. Firstly when we arrived around 1 pm reception was not welcoming. Did not even offer to store our bags until check in time and told us to come back for 3pm. Outside was -15 degrees, they could have at least offer to have a cup of tea or coffee in restaurant but we got no information where to go and where to wait. We returned in evening for check in, went up to room and there was the surprise - the room has no phone to call reception, the bedsheets had hair on them, there were no slippers, no dental kits , no water bottles in room. I went to reception to ask slippers and they said that they don't have them, what you mean for 80 eur per night you can't provide slippers if the room has dirty carpet. Then I asked dental kits and those cost 2 eur each. Breakfast was alright, not many options but we found something to eat. Overall I must say that for this price you can find something much better and do not trust the pictures because the rooms are really old and dirty. Also in morning we woke up around 7 am because the room was smelling so bad like old oil, I guess coming from kitchen, needs better ventilation.
