Dorpat Hotel

What an absolute disappointment. First of all, the breakfast room was more like a crowded train station at rush hour - completely overcrowded, no chance to eat in peace. People stand around the room like vultures waiting for something to eat and a free seat.

Then there's the noise. It doesn't matter whether it's the street sweeper doing three laps around the room at half past three in the morning at Full throttle or the sweet cries of the local drunks echoing through the neighborhood. The area was so noisy at night that I had to keep the window closed, which turned the room into a stuffy oven - who needs sleep, right?

And the staff? Don't even get me started. They were about as motivated as a wet sponge. Completely indifferent, no energy, and clearly not concerned about the guests. Where's the hospitality in that?

The only saving grace? The location is convenient, and the parking is fine. But let's be honest, I didn't come here for the parking.

Finally, I arrived in Tartu at 08:00 in the morning.
I had been on the road for about 20 hours.
I had reserved a single room at Hotel Dorpat in Tartu, Estonia.
It was paid yesterday. However, the receptionist said that the room would be delivered at 15:00.
Also, I am a scientist and the antibodies I brought had to be refrigerated. I travel all over the world and have stayed in hotels hundreds of times. But I have never encountered such rude receptionists. I had to wait for the room for 7 hours at the reception and they made trouble for a small box that was supposed to be kept in the cold.
