Horrible sewage smell at the entrance, "reception" area and in the coridors, cracks in the wall, stains on the curtains, mildew on the ceiling plates and broken plates, electrical hazard in the bathroom, the shower curtain in rough because of the soap built-up, walls look very tired, the paper boarding is peeling off... There is no vending machine with snacks or coffee/hot water dispenser.. Zero.
C'mon, guys, you COULD do better!!!
Some positive things too.
*This is automatic hotel and instructions for entering the building and room were clear and sent on time. But we've been promised to get the guideline about parking - nothing received. If I will get a fine tomorrow morning, I'll be pretty upset.
*The location is 10min walk from main square Raekoja plats, Lidl lights are shining into my window, 1min walk.
In general, if I would have a chance to choose, I would never ever come here again. Make some changes, guys, on a money you're going to save from salaries of fired people.

Nice ground floor room on a quiet street 15 minute walk from the city centre. Friendly reception staff.

The decoration was slightly retro but everything in the room and bathroom was excellent. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Could open the full window. Blind and curtains cut out the light. WiFi worked well.

You leave your key at reception but always someone there so no problem at all with that.

Really nice local cafes and pizza joint 10 minute walk away.

Tartu has a beautiful city centre. Interesting KGB Museum and Art Gallery.

Correct. Close to cité Center. Hôtel infrastucture and style are a bit old but rooms are clean, and bed confortable. Breakfast is generous. My room was not ready at my arrival, I was upgraded to à room with jacuzzi. Bathroom may be à bit suprising.

I could not stay in this hotel. It was a cheap option hence I booked it for 1 night.
We had 2 big 25kg suitcases which we had to carry to the third floor with no help at all.
Were not greeted at the check in, staff looked unhappy and not bothered.

I would rather spend a bit more and book nice clean apartment which we ended up doing as couldn’t stay in the room we were given.

The hotel is located near the old town and the center of ahhaa. Breakfast is not bad. There are even toothbrushes in the room in case you forgot yours. And in our room we also had a mini fridge. In our case, we also had the dusty surfaces in the room and the dirty cabinet with yellow drops, which had not even bothered to clean (we checked it ourselves - it came off easily with wet paper).

The hotel is located on an industrial area, behind a car dealership. The location behind the car dealership is good because there was noisy street racing on the street. The availability of parking in the courtyard was a good thing. The rooms were of inconsistent quality. We had booked two rooms. We got rooms that were very close to each other. One of the rooms was quite poor in quality, with a tile falling off the bathroom wall and a broken shower handle. The other room was in better condition. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, or at least not in the rooms we got. On a warm summer day, the rooms were unbearably hot. Neither opening the window to an open position nor the portable fan in the room helped. Our rooms included breakfast, which was served in a somewhat aged-looking hall. The breakfast food was decent, similar to what I might have eaten at home.

Definitely not a 3* hotel. Terrible service, really bad breakfast. No privacy in the rooms (the walls are thin like paper).
