The hotel is located right on the ski slopes, making skiing very convenient. The rooms are spacious, the Christmas atmosphere is strong, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Overall, a very good experience.

The hotel is on the top of ski slope, in winter time driving there could be challenging for first timer, but over all is good, maybe the room needed more improvement, but the lobby and parking is very nice

Great experience, the staff we exceptional and so helpful . Rooms were well equipped and we even had a view of the slope … Breakfast was nice too with lots of choice and accommodated my dairy free diet with no issues . We will definitely stay here again

Worst hotel experience in Finland so far. The room was old, poorly maintained, and not properly cleaned. The key card system was a constant issue; they were unable to provide us with two functioning room cards. The sound insulation is extremely poor: each morning we were woken up at 7 a.m. by screaming children. The breakfast area was chaotic and overcrowded, by far the busiest and most unpleasant...

Really nice rooms, very clean. The kids play room is a huge pluse if you are with kids.

The family room was great, with a large bedroom and a separate bunk bed. The wooden cabin was cozy. It's a five-minute walk back to the hotel after skiing, and a three-minute walk to the shopping street. A perfect choice for Levi Ski Resort.

I spent a week at Levi Hotel Spa. Overall the stay was okay, but in my opinion the hotel feels closer to a 3-star hotel than 4 stars. The drying rack was very useful during the winter season. It helped dry the clothes that got wet when we played in the snow. Service staff were very friendly and nice too!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient. The jacuzzi and sauna facilities were a great bonus and made the stay even more relaxing. I'm so happy because our room is very clean.Especially, there is a bathtub in our room, we were so happy:) We wanna book again if we come back. But we just hope that we can watch Netflix or YouTube on the TV. We hope just about it!

The family room was very nice, but the fifth person was considered an extra bed and slept on a sofa. The hotel ground floor was great for watching the Northern Lights, and we saw them that night. There seemed to be a sauna in the bathroom, but we didn't try it as we didn't know how to use it. The hotel breakfast was an English breakfast, and the hotel entrance offered views of the ski resort.

Good hotel in town and is actually better than pictures. Comes with breakfast too and the staff kindly gave us breakfast boxes for those who can’t make it for breakfast. They also kindly told us where to go to see northern lights and we managed to spot it during our one night’s stay!

The apartment block was a little far away from the main building but not a too bad walk.

This property is just outside of Levi (about 10-15 mins drive from main town center). It’s a beautiful property and the igloo rooms are quite spacious , luxurious and comfortable with all amenities. Their breakfast was good but could have been better. They provide a hot tub outside every igloo room but I feel the water wasn’t warm enough so we couldn’t use it in the cold weather.

I made the reservation for two nights in Northern Light Huts. I am suprised of experience to sleep under windows and see millions of stars twinkling. Huts are new, warm and very clean. Second stay here, it's our favorite cabin in Levi! Raisa, the host is super friendly, answers very quickly and gives great advice and tips. The beds are very comfortable, the sauna is plus. We would definitely come back here next time in Lapland.

We didn’t actually stay here (though it looked great), but were meant to get a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport. When severe cold weather shut the airport we still had to get there to be transferred to a different airport. But without letting anyone know, the shuttle bus was cancelled. We came to feed the reindeers, but we seen the amazing deal to have some lunch (ending at 14:00). We were very late already (13:50) but the staff spoke to eachother, and told us we could go for lunch! The taste was lovely and the buffet choice was plenty. Everything about this resort is just amazing. Room location dinner and breakfast was top class. We saw northern lights and what a show it was. Whole night sleeping under the arctic sky full of stars and Aurora dancing was one hell of an experience.Thank you northern lights village for such memorable moments!

I stayed at Northern Light Levi and it was such a special trip! I arrived in Levi on my first day and was so lucky to see the northern lights right away, an unforgettable moment. The hotel service was great too, from friendly staff to cozy cabins with beautiful views. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone and would love to visit again!

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. We had an aurora suite for 2 nights and were able to see the aurora both nights. I highly recommend taking an aurora tour as well for a different vantage point. The food was excellent, and all staff was welcoming and helpful.

Wonderful apartment, the smallest as it was told me by the receptionist, but very confortable. It has a fully furnished kitchen (with dish washer machine, oven, fridge), two single beds, bathroom. You can have also sauna for free. Supermarket is 10 minutes by walk and the hotel has free parking.

What a wonderful apartment! We stayed in a 46m2 terraced apartment and it had everything and more that you could need. We opted for the bedding package, as the mattresses are not the same as here in the UK and I didn't want to faff around with bringing sheets that might not fit.
