Levi Hotel Spa

We stayed as a family of four in one of the blocks away from the main hotel. Block 8. A few mins walk across the car park from the reception area and the restaurant for meals. Rooms/blocks are designed for ski holidays. Basic but clean, practical and warm. Double bed and bunk beds in a side area separated by a curtain. Reasonable amount of storage, drying cupboard (brilliant after a day out in the snow). Small fridge, kettle, coffee machine, safe, hairdryer. Couldn’t get TV to work but we were hardly in the room so it didn’t really matter. Good WiFi in room.
Dinners were fine for adults in party - for the large number of UK kids there it was a bit limited. Could maybe do with some plain pasta/pizza for those with a less adventurous diet. Breakfast was great and varied. Loved the waffle makers. Location great for access to town. The nearby pool complex included with our stay was great.
Was also a short walk to the froze lake area when the northern lights put in an appearance.
Staff all lovely and helpful.

This hotel is centrally located in Levi, which is dead in summer. The hotel room looks about 40 years old. It's clean, but not modern, and clearly worn down by hard winter seasons. The spa is nice, but it's a separate thing altogether.

The TV is not smart and has no Chromecast.

The bathroom is remodeled, but with some strange choices. The toilet shower, for example, is so far away, you can't turn it in without getting off the toilet.

There is a small refrigerator but no microwave. A coffee maker and tea kettle, but no coffee or tea.

The service desk was friendly. Breakfast was good (with both vegan and gluten free options).

Overall, everything was just fine until you factor in the cost. Paying this much for so little during the slow season is simply not worth it.

We have been at Levi Spa Hotel before and we like it. Sadly this time we booked an older room type. Was okey but nothing more. Had better rooms before and will for sure book the better one next time.
Our review is sadly be a bit negativ in total, because of the service, quality and very negative mad woman at the small Spa reception. She should not have been at a front desk job handling guests.

As a couple we go together to spa, did enter the small Spa reception, same reception as the fitness desk. We had some qustions for the Spa hotel receptionist woman, but she was very rude and had very bad manners. Did not feel welcome at all. We hope for our future visit that this woman does not handle guests or the Spa reception.
It really gave us a bad feeling. We like and enjoy Levi Spa hotel very much and for sure want to book again in near future.
The Spa is lovely and nice. Near centrum, shops and restaurants. Breakfast is good, a short walk outdoors to het to the breakfast building. Spa is nice to end a long day. Horror Spa desk woman gave us a bad start but we try to forget it. The spa has 9 Saunas in total and several pools, love the tiny hot pool at 2 floor. Nice massage jets in the bigger pools. They used to have amazing light show and fake snow at the pool, wish that will be working again soon.
The big coed steam sauna behind the biggest pool is very nice, not easy to find if you have not been at Levi Spa before. A nice steam room where we both can be together, calm and nice atmosphere to relax in. The coed steam sauna has been fixed up in 2023, very nice non slip black tiles, the only negative issue is the LED light strip inside. It's way to bright and my wife did not feel comfortable inside, did chat with other guests there who also had the same thoughts. The light inside the U, seating area should had a screen in a way that light source would point down to the floor, not direct to every ones faces. Sure Levi Spa Hotel will look into such things and make better, also take action about how to handle customers/guests better. Probably just this one person. All other at hotel reception, breakfast and life guards are very friendly and nice. Feel that safety is well taken care of
