Consists of 11 one and two story buildings.
The hotel has 172 rooms.

Above expectations nice stay. Spacious room, separate bed room, own sauna. Even a wet bar.
Excellent breakfast and very good spa included.
Aamupala oli keskivertoinen. Kasviksia ja hedelmiä olisi saanut olla tarjolla enemmän. Mehujono oli melkein aina kauhean pitkä, voisi toinen jono olla hyvä juttu. Toinen kahvikone oli epäkunnossa useamman päivän - ruuhkauttaa jonoja. Kroissantit olivat kuivia. Lettujen/vohveleiden kanssa olisi voinut tarjota marjasurvosta ja/tai kastikkeita (mansikka, suklaa) sekä kermavaahtoa. Ei ollut inkiväärishotteja yms. sellaista ekstraa.
The family room was spaces but was separate to the main hotel , this I did not realise until I checked in
The breakfast was delicious and there was a varied menu , the breakfast was served in the main hotel so we had to go outside to go back inside to eat breakfast
The spa pools were in a different building to the hotel so again we had to go outside to go back inside to use the pool, the pool area was an area used by hotel residents and the general public aswell so not exclusive to hotel Residents , and could be paid for each time it was visited , this I did not know and so paid for a full 7 days in advance when booking ,the peace and tranquillity shown on the website could not be found as there were many people using the facilities, however there was pool aerobics which was fun, as this area was not so relaxing we only used once throughout our 7 days stay
The tv did not work in our room, but we got an upgraded room that made our weekend fabulous. Thanks to the friendly and professional staff in the reception.
Not worth the price as rather expensive for what it is. Nice staff at reception, Amanda.
Dinners were fine for adults in party - for the large number of UK kids there it was a bit limited. Could maybe do with some plain pasta/pizza for those with a less adventurous diet. Breakfast was great and varied. Loved the waffle makers. Location great for access to town. The nearby pool complex included with our stay was great.
Was also a short walk to the froze lake area when the northern lights put in an appearance.
Staff all lovely and helpful.
Extremely small room for 2 adults and 2 kids
No place where you can put your suitcases
Blowing cold air instead of warm and no reaction from reception despite claiming that somewthing is wrong
Hand soap and shampoo was impossible to use - due broken trimer still you pay for Rituals but can not use
Room was not clean as under the bed we found a slipper from someone before us
Absolutely dissapointed!!!
