The room was old, poorly maintained, and not properly cleaned.
The key card system was a constant issue; they were unable to provide us with two functioning room cards.
The sound insulation is extremely poor: each morning we were woken up at 7 a.m. by screaming children.
The breakfast area was chaotic and overcrowded,
by far the busiest and most unpleasant breakfast experience we have had. The food quality was disappointing, with mostly cheap and unhealthy options.
There is a gym available, but access costs an additional €15, which feels unreasonable given the overall standard of the hotel. Additionally, this was communicated neither during the booking process nor at reception.
It is a 3-star hotel priced like a 4-star one. We will definitely not return.
The kids play room is a huge pluse if you are with kids.
The rooms are clean and minimalist, however housekeeping was inconsistent and often done very late in the afternoon. We also experienced missing items such as a no towels, no bath mat, no tea bags the first 3 days and one key of the room taken by the cleaning, and with no phone in the room, it wasn’t easy to contact reception.
Breakfast was good but had more of a cafeteria feel, which also contributed to my 3-star rating.
That said, the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is also great.
