We didn’t actually stay here (though it looked great), but were meant to get a shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport. When severe cold weather shut the airport we still had to get there to be transferred to a different airport. But without letting anyone know, the shuttle bus was cancelled. My phone wasn’t working and it looked like we’d be in trouble. Thankfully there was a great receptionist at K5 (Jan) who pulled out all the stops to help us get to the airport. He made a load of phone calls for us, and eventually managed to track a taxi down for us. So thank you Jan, and thank you K5 for employing such great staff.

Wonderful stay at this hotel which is in a fantastic location for exploring Levi. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had a split level room which was great for our 9 year old to have his own space. There is a sauna in the bathroom as well as a drying cupboard in the room so you don’t need to worry about any wet clothes. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, served in a buffet style. It’s lovely having the reindeer on site and being able to feed them was a delight. We also got the key to the Koti and went in, lit the fire and roasted some marshmallows.

Thank you to K5. We stayed for 2 nights last week (18th - 20th Dec) and we are super grateful for the hotel and staff of K5. The location is perfect, with only a short walk to the centre of the town. The staff are helpful. The rooms are clean and ours had a great split-level layout, which was super fun for our nine-year-old daughter. They have five reindeer in the back garden which you can feed and pet. The breakfast is easy and a great way to start the day. The afternoon/evening was super chilled and cozy-just what you want when returning from a day out in the snow. All in all, we are super grateful to have found this hotel and stay here during our magical trip to Lapland.

I had to write a review as I normally don't. Hotel k5 levi has been absolutely fantastic. Wonderful kind staff. Very clean rooms. Room service every day. Great breakfast buffet and evening buffet. Easy walk to everything you need. Highly recommend

We have had a magical moment in Levi.. the hotel was absolutely perfect for our staying, breakfast so delicious and with a lot of options, the staff so warming and helpful, the room and all amenities just perfect. For sure we will be back!

I have never felt better in another hotel, K5 is wonderful and the people are so nice. I come from a country where people are not very kind, but in the end I really thanked them for their smiles and kindness. The rooms are big, I had a view of reindeer from the room, reindeer that I fed, reindeer food can be purchased right at the hotel. The food was good, but I was not used to Finnish food, but for those from the area it must be delicious. The hotel is located very very close to everything you need, slopes, shops, restaurants. I can't wait to come back next season.

We came to feed the reindeers, but we seen the amazing deal to have some lunch (ending at 14:00). We were very late already (13:50) but the staff spoke to eachother, and told us we could go for lunch! The taste was lovely and the buffet choice was plenty. Finishing with the view on the reindeers it was an amazing experience. After the lunch, we fed the reindeers with lichen (€8 at the hotel reception). Thank you so much !

We didn't stay at the hotel, but we heard it's possible to see the reindeer at their back yard, so we drove there. A group of 7 reindeer in a large enclosure at the back of the hotel is easily accessible. You can buy some lichen for them at the reception/bar area for 8€ and the reindeer will happily munch it off your hand. A great option to see these cute animals up close.

It exceeded my expectations. The room was fantastic, very clean and cozy. The visit center is right across the street, making it a convenient meeting point for many tours. The supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. We took the bus from Rovaniemi, and the hotel was only a few hundred meters away. The location is excellent.

We had a great time in Levi. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the centre and is right next to the frozen lake which is the ideal spot for seeing the Northern lights. Staff were very friendly and helpful, food was great but might be slightly limited for kids, unless they like fish or chicken nuggets and chips (basically all kids!!). The room was lovely with our own sauna and a drying cabinet, which is much needed if you've been on the slopes or out in the snow all day!
