A perfect place for a stay! The rooms were extremely clean, and set up very well for a family. However, the aluminium plating of shower cap is peel off that my finger is hurt. 4 pieces of towels are turned into grey colour and their edge are thrown. There is no connection with house keeping or front desk about your problem in room, you need go to front desk next morning...

We stayed at this lovely hotel for two days and it was a very good experience. At the right price the cabin offers a lot of space and a cozy atmosphere. Bed is super comfortable. Sofa-bed not quite but not bad also. Fridge and microwave, helps to eat some meals in the cabin. In the room you will also find a coffee maker (but not coffee) and a teapot. Sauna es fantastic!

Good inexpensive place. It is difficult with transport - the bus runs 1 time per hour. Taxi to the center 25 euros. But the main thing is that there is no reception here - the password from the doors to the entrance is sent to the phone number specified during booking - not earlier than 1 hour before check-in. Good hostel, very modern. Beds are a bit narrow and the mattress a bit soft, but it was taken care that everything was new and up to date. Toilet and shower are very clean, the entrance friendly and you come with an online check in with code - so can come, if you want.

It is place to fall in love with. I stayed in cabin nr.20, a cosy little house with so much love for details. Very clean, quite, directly at the riverbank. There is a nice, well equiped kitchen inside, and a spotless bathroom/toilet. The wifi is lightning fast and free. I wish I could have stayed longer. Best accommodation in Finnland for me. Wonderful place! You have everything for a great rest. The minor problem is that is not in the city soy you need a taxi and the internet is no so good in the cottages. But it is totally worth it

I was there for 6 days and it was perfect, the guy at the reception was extremely kind, all was super clean, the kitchen is very big, the beds are very good, very close to the Santa village, they give you advice for northern lights, taxi. For being a solo traveler, staying in hostels for years, i don't really expect much. But i've had hostels in asia who were way better. Beds are hard. Location wise is only good for Santa's village but expect to pay 30 euros to get to the hostel back with a taxi. Most busses dont drive after 18:00. Also the shower area for men is open. Which means its 3 showers next to each other, but open. So no privacy...

Truly amazing setting and service, it was the best trip I have ever been on.

I thought it was a small wooden house, but it turned out to be a big wooden house😂 The sauna is very hot and refreshing. It is some distance from the city, but there is a ski resort next to it, which is very suitable for skiers. Although there is food available in the morning, lunch and dinner are a bit expensive, with a burger costing 24 or 25 euros.

Nice experience overall expect that we booked 2 nights for a luxury room with sauna and we are told there is no sauna room available when we arrive at the reception. We came here twice for afternoon tea and coffee by the fire. The coffee was the best I tasted of all the hotels we visited in Finland. The hotel has a very beautiful, relaxing, and cosy atmosphere.
