Food is OK but service is very slow (took about an hour to receive my order). Luckily I did not have to pay because the buffet at the hotel was closed, but I would have been angry to pay those prices. The shrimp taco was ridiculously made of just 2 shrimps. The steak was good, but an hour is to much to wait.

This is a good hotel for families visiting or solo travelling. All the amenities are close by and they have pub food in the hotel. The breakfast has good selection of foods.

Beware apartments with hot tub. Hot tubs are prescribed to 35 Celsius temperature which is way too low, at least in winter time. There are no change to adjust temperature. Location perfect, service moderate and rooms are adequate enough. nearby construction gives early wakeup without extra cost at 7.00 am.

The noise from the adjacent hotel construction site was somewhat disturbing from 7am to 7pm, especially in the morning and evening.

Annual autumn trip We spent a week in Ruka with our dog. All services were close by and we could go to many places with our dog. We were on the 4th floor and the views were great!

Great location in the centre of Ruka village. You can access a supermarket and a (paid, not included) parking garage directly with the elevator of the apartment building.

Great location Excellent location and the apartment had everything you need. Elevator directly to the shop, numerous restaurants right next door and the slopes visible from the window - just put on your boots and a short walk to the slopes.

I've stayed here many times. The rooms are decent, and the breakfast is a standard European breakfast. It's right in the city center, so it's very convenient to get around. Parking costs €16 per day; remember to tell the front desk when you arrive, otherwise you'll get a parking ticket.

It is quite convenient for business travel, the room is clean and tidy, and the service is OK. The price in Oulu is still quite expensive.

Actually quite nice place to live while skiing, surprisingly at least as good as MastonAtio (not sure about spelling). Clean, quiet, pretty close to ski lift so skiing in/skiing out both possible.

Best view in syöte. We arrived to get coffee and cakes here and check out the view. It did not disappoint us. Views were spectacular. Cafe are had lots seatings with scenerys and pricing was very reasonable. 2 coffees, chocholate cake and goat cheese pie were 20€. I would visit again. Only minus was that there was no service in finnish language.

Genuine placer, with great exterior and interior. Breakfast was really good, as was the sauna. It was really hot during our stay in Haukipudas and our room had poor air condidtion plus located on the floor just above the sauna, so we could easily change room thanks to the service-minded staff.

For the location, price and rooms I really have nothing to complain. Breakfast was one of the best I've had for this price, very diverse buffet table. The property was absolutely perfect. We felt secluded and surrounded by nature yet also comforted knowing the staff were on hand at any time too. The cabin itself was just amazing. So warm, inviting and equipped with everything we need.

Best holiday ever in the winter! Tuomo and Marjo are so kind and organized everything so smoothly from airport pick-up to husky, snowscooter and fishing safari. Location is amazing, in the forest, far from other. We've got an opening in the ice with comfty ladder steps and an ice saw to keep it open. Wood heaten sauna was perfect. Temperature inside was perfect. There was far enough wood for fire. Cottage was fully equipped. Owners were great. Very helpfull and nice. One note: to get to the toilet need to go outside, but this how it is.
