If you’re in Aix les Bains, this is the best hotel to be in. You’re in a beautiful and walkable neighborhood with shops, restaurants, and cafes close by. The renovated rooms are cozy and warm in the winter and the owners are the kindest people you’ll meet, serving us the loveliest gourmet food. The windows are incredibly soundproof and the terrace is very pretty. The location is not too far from Lac du Bourget and there are gorgeous parks near by. If you need healing and a good rest, this is your place. 🤍

A very charming hotel, tastefully renovated. We received a very warm welcome and the breakfast was very varied. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Superb location; the hotel is right in the pedestrian center of Aix.

We had room 105, small but very well laid out.
The room was completely renovated.
A gentleman gave us a warm welcome and lots of tips on walks and restaurants.
The bedding was perfect.

Very charming hotel in a gorgeous stone building with beautifully renovated rooms ( with A/C) . Perfect location in the historical centre of Aix-les-Bains. French breakfast was delicious and includes a selection of home cooked and local products. The hosts are exceptionally nice and welcoming. I had a very enjoyable 4 nights stay at the Hôtel de La Couronne and I am looking forward already to my next visit ! Thank you !

Great weekend! The hotel is very charming, especially the rooms! A little small, but it was surely the room we had chosen, so that's normal. It is very well located near a car park, but also many restaurants and others.

We came to this hotel for information. The mother, welcomed us with crazy charm. His son, warm and protective, saved us from an excruciating experience the previous night in another hotel. He picked up the phone and helped us get reimbursed for the previous accommodation. Which gave us the means to offer us 2 dream nights in their family hotel. They made a move on the price of the room, and offered us the first breakfast for 2. The rooms are immaculate. Spacious. Clean. And comfortable. The welcome is exceptional. We recommend 100%. Eyes closed. And we will come back. It's certain. Thank you for saving our vacation.

Hotel well located the carpet spotted, the same stains as in previous years.
the rooms are dilapidated mainly the windows and the shutters,
what is wifi, impossible in the room, to access, you have to go down to the reception or to the restaurant.
What is the breakfast nothing to say, always plentiful.
the rooms without air conditioning, or fan period July / August with unbearable heat.
There is a lot to do at this property!!!!!!!!!! The staff, nothing to say, it's nice.

- Facade to renovate, as well as the bedrooms. Single glazed windows on the main street and passage of cars every 30sec, which is to say impossible to sleep ... Non-blackout shutters and curtains with corridor light left on constantly, this does not help!
- no parking (well if paying 10 € which was not even offered to us)
- staff as rustic as the hotel who seem surprised when you say hello or goodbye.
- 140x200 bed, sheets with blanket.
- the bathroom door which gets stuck with the carpet.
-the badly laid linoleum in the bathroom
- poor insulation between the rooms

Place rather to consider as a guesthouse. Everything is old! The decor needs to be completely revised. The rooms are period. Very noisy (window that closes badly) restaurant is not good it must be said what is. No effort on the part of the staff. I do not recommend it at all.
