I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of delicious options. We also enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room, everything was perfect! A true four-star experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Loved this place. Not a five star hotel but I gave it five stars for value. Loved the location, with a beautiful park right behind. Rooms and beds very comfortable and clean. Great little pool with steam and sauna in the basement. Generally friendly English speaking staff. A fair number of restaurants to choose from within a 7 or 9 minute walk.
There are a couple wonderful bakeries within walking distance so we didn't have breakfast, but I am sure it is excellent. Coming back.

Urban Hotel delivers more than you pay for. The staff — especially Tatiana — are genuinely welcoming and go the extra mile. Rooms are on the small side but spotless and practical. The spa is fine, though the pool leans heavy on chlorine. Breakfast is a standout, with variety and quality well above the price point. Secure on-site garage and an ideal location make it easy for a short stay. Perfect for a couple of nights; doable, but tight, for a large family.

Totally fine but not cheap. Garage is 2.0 metres, parking is 12 per night. Dogs are EUR 15 per night, per dog, which is standard in FR but totally unjustified as an extra cleaning fee per stay would be more logical.

Alexandra provided excellent customer service. This hotel is better than the 3.6 stars it had at the time this review was written. Having said that, the bathrooms in the room could have used a more thorough cleaning.

Well positioned
The hotel is well positioned just beside the park and a short walk to everything in the centre.
There seemed to be some renovation which had been started but wasn’t complete but my room was very spacious with a nice view of the park.
The breakfast was good value.

Cheap hotel in the city centre of Aix les Bains, good value but felt a bit run down, rooms are a bit dated, bathroom too

Great value, charming, friendly hotel.
Good basic older but charming hotel and the add on breakfast is well worth it. You couldn’t ask for a better location for experiencing Aix-Les-Bain. Friendly and very helpful desk clerk who speaks English.
