The VIP room we booked has unlimited access to the spa. The bathroom and toilet in the room are decorated in a classy way. The facilities in the room are also relatively new. The Bluetooth speaker is very good. You can lie in the room and listen to music after the spa. The bed is very large and comfortable. It feels like being wrapped in a sponge. Very much worth the price I paid for it. Checked in with Golden Spritz very well done! The hotel rooms were large enough for 2 people! The beds were very uncomfortable I asked for 2 beds, I was given a 2 twins close to each other. There was constructions going on in the hotel (were there early february) so the noise started at 7.30am not so relaxing and goes against the calm and relaxing vibe the hotel...

Great place to stay at the lake

2 star with a Spa, would I stay again NO Staff not very friendly, barely spoke any English. Bar outside area dirty, glasses from previous night not cleared away at 1100. Breakfast more like a canteen, even have to cook your own eggs. Evening meal very disappointing. Balcony not cleaned. More like a 2 star with an overpriced Spa. Would I stay again definitely not

The hotel has a nice pool area and spa that is open to all hotel guests and includes a large indoor pool and a large jacuzzii area. The hotel and rooms are clean and adequate. Room amenities are minimal and the decoration a bit dated. But overall a great hotel.

Great start to our Italy Holiday! Lovely traditional style Italian Beach front Hotel with its own Beach club opposite. Great location and plenty of good quality shops and restaurants close by.

One night stay, nice hotel. Very slow on check in, and on arriving at room, key wouldn’t work? Returned to reception and joined the queue again …… Nice spacious room with all the facilities. Had evening meal in restaurant, delivered wrong starter, but eventually got sorted. Nice meal, quick service. Great breakfast and ample parking on site.

Conveniently located near the train station. The room is clean and comfortable, though a little chilly (the temperature isn't adjustable). Having a kitchenette in the rooms makes the stay more comfortable. There's a park nearby.

The location is really convenient - next door spa availability and walking distance (5 minutes) to the center and train station. Reasonable parking price. Quite a lot dust in the air not sure if it is very common in this area. Reception staffs are all very friendly during my stay. No room clean during the whole 3 nights stay which surprised me a little bit.

In the confirmation it told us that the apartment could sleep 2 adults plus 2 children. When we got there they told us that there was only one double bed but if the 4 of us wanted to sleep in one bed there were no problems. If not, they gave us another apartment with a sofa bed for 20 euros more.

It's not as bad as Google says. I think the price is good. The room is clean, the breakfast is OK, the front desk is very friendly, it's close to the train station, and you can pay extra for the spa next door, but minors can't go there, so we didn't make an appointment. I'll come again next time.

Upon arrival, we were struck by the great kindness of the staff. Very nice hotel, well decorated. Beautiful room. At the end of September, we were unable to have breakfast outside because of the rain. Nice winter lounge. One downside: the size of the pool, which is a little small.

We spent two nights at this wonderful hotel during a biking trip. Good location Nicely refurbished older building with good facilities. Convenient for transport and all main points of interest. Helpful staff. Shame the breakfast is so expensive for what it is - a nice enough buffet but nothing special.

The hotel is about a 7-8 minute walk from the train station and a 3-4 minute walk from the conference center, making it very convenient. There are several restaurants of different styles, as well as small supermarkets and bakeries nearby, making daily life convenient. The hotel has meeting rooms, a gym, and a swimming pool on the second floor. The breakfast is generally very good and worth recommending

Well located hotel; near the lake (walking distance) in a quiet area. Condo was cleaned and well equipped. Very simple but all you need for a lovely stay was there. Nice terrasse to eat outside.

The hotel had friendly and helpful reception staff, free onsite parking, and clean spacious rooms. That’s where it stopped. The shower head holder was broken, the room had paper water cups and no spoons with the coffee cups, they didn’t clean the room or provide new cups when they did the room service. And the restaurant was a joke, the staff have no idea what customer service is, I had to get up to...

Airco of room 111 did not work. It was not cooling, there was a ventilator placed in the room. but no discount on price. Price of the room wad therefor too high

Totally fine but not cheap. Garage is 2.0 metres, parking is 12 per night. Dogs are EUR 15 per night, per dog, which is standard in FR but totally unjustified as an extra cleaning fee per stay would be more logical.

Alexandra provided excellent customer service. This hotel is better than the 3.6 stars it had at the time this review was written. Having said that, the bathrooms in the room could have used a more thorough cleaning.

Well positioned The hotel is well positioned just beside the park and a short walk to everything in the centre. There seemed to be some renovation which had been started but wasn’t complete but my room was very spacious with a nice view of the park. The breakfast was good value.

We have stayed there twice now and will do so again this coming year. The hotel is ideally situated for a stop over on our return to Britain from a skiing week in Les Arcs, French Alps. We set out on the road late Saturday afternoon after getting the final day skiing so we are tired and certainly don't want to drive all night. The management of this hotel is very accommodating and friendly. They promptly addressed my concern and went out of their way to assist me, even though they didn't have to. Thank you very much. Really good price, and comfortable en suite rooms. The owner was lovely, and went out of his way to accommodate me, even giving me an umbrella for the day when it rained. I highly recommend a stay here.

First experience on check in was rough (not welcoming) then a second woman saved the day and was very helpful. Was disappointed that the published check in time was not accurate and we had to delay until three (changing our plans). The value and location were great. The room was a bit beat up (had to slam the door to get it to shut) and couldn’t get the tv to work.

Lovely place at perfect location in the heart of Aix-Les-Bains. Very good for a weekend trip. Main station and other public transportation just few minutes walk away. We had a 3 night stay here recently, our room was comfortable with doors opening up onto a small balcony facing the car park but that was an advantage because the main road can get very busy and at the front of the building is the pizza restaurant/bar which can be very lively. Stayed here as our son was sailing racing on the lake. Excellent experience at this hotel. Very friendly receptionist took a long time to explain a lot about the hotel and the local area when she checked us in. It was really appreciated. Family room clean and well laid out. Breakfast great. Ceiling fans kept us cool. Comfy beds. Would definitely stay again.

The receptionist at this hotel was very helpful, recommending restaurants nearby and letting us know about the access to the hotel after hours. This place was an unexpected gem at the end of the day. The rooms were small but met our needs. The location was great. Not your typical location to stay for the night, but was comfortable.
