The room was very comfortable. A nice size with a lovely balcony to sit out on with good views.
Not only were the reception staff lovely, but all the staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Cute rooms, mostly clean. Large bed, little table, very useful. Surprised with the bathroom flooring in wood tho, not very convenient.

I stayed at your hotel during my business trip from January 19, 2026 to March 13, 2026, and I had a wonderful experience during my stay.

The hotel is excellent, and the receptionists and manager were extremely kind, helpful, and caring. During my entire two-month stay, the reception team always welcomed me warmly. Every morning and evening when I entered or left the hotel, they kindly asked, “How are you?” which made me feel very comfortable and at home.

I would like to give special thanks to Mrs. Domitile for her kindness and for helping me arrange my next booking at Ibis Styles CDG Airport. I am also very grateful to Caroline, Lola, Mathei, Lukas, and Amilie for their support, care, and friendliness every day. Caroline and Mathei especially spent time helping and supporting me during my stay. Because of their kindness, I never felt homesick—they became like good friends to me.

The rooms were always very clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping team maintained excellent hygiene every day. I would also like to thank Mrs. Aurelie for the wonderful breakfast service and for kindly introducing me to French food. My sincere thanks as well to Mrs. Anne for helping arrange my two-month booking and providing the best possible price.

The breakfast had many options every morning, the ambiance of the hotel was pleasant, and the environment and gallery areas were beautiful and well maintained.

I highly recommend Ibis Styles Aix-les-Bains to anyone visiting the area. Whenever I come to France again, I will definitely choose to stay here.

I truly miss the hotel and the entire team, especially Caroline and the reception staff.

Clean room

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t have been better – just steps away from plenty of great restaurants, bars, and nightlife, which made it easy to enjoy the city without worrying about long commutes or rideshares. Despite being so close to the action, the hotel itself felt calm and comfortable, giving me the best of both worlds.
The room was clean, modern, and well-kept, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with recommendations or directions. I especially appreciated how easy check-in and check-out were – smooth and stress-free.
If you’re looking for a spot that combines convenience, comfort, and access to plenty of dining and entertainment, this hotel is a perfect choice. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Within walking distance of the train station, it has a park at the back.

Some problems occurred in the first room we were attributed, AC not functional. But they gave us another room, where there was a leak in the bathroom. They were willing to address the problems. Very nice clean quiet hotel, beautiful location, nice outdoor swimming pool, breakfast was great with many food choices.

Okay for one night
It was okay, but not more than that. The pool was nice and the breakfast was good. However, the reception personel did not do anything to make us feel welcome.

Generally good. Its everything that it claims to be.
