Great location with parking and staff were great. Even had a small laundry ( fee 5 euros, washing machine only no tumble dryer).

Clean room, comfortable bed and nice property. Easy parking on site then walk to town centre ( just a corner away).
If you want to go to the lake you’ll need a car or walk 40 minutes which we didn’t mind. Breakfast was pretty decent

Very good location and super quick check-in.
In our room we could hear the water of all rooms above us, as it seems the pipes are close to the room. Was a bit frustrating. The bathroom was small, especially the space around the toilet. Not sure how a bigger person would use it.

The hotel is some distance away from Lake Bourget. If you go to Annecy, you can stop in Aix-les-Bains. It is located in the Savoy department in eastern France, in the center of the French cities of Chambery and Annecy, adjacent to Geneva, Switzerland and Italy. The hotel environment, basic facilities, hygiene and service are impeccable.

The hotel is quite clean. The breakfast variety is not particularly rich, but the charge is not very high in the local area, 13 euros per person for breakfast.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel des Eaux! The staff was welcoming, the Suite spacious and comfortable, and the central location was ideal. Having parking available was a great convenience. The fresh French pastries were a delightful way to end our trip. Thank you for a lovely stay!

the rooms are dilapidated mainly the windows and the shutters,
what is wifi, impossible in the room, to access, you have to go down to the reception or to the restaurant.

- Facade to renovate, as well as the bedrooms. Single glazed windows on the main street and passage of cars every 30sec, which is to say impossible to sleep ... Non-blackout shutters and curtains with corridor light left on constantly, this does not help!

- 140x200 bed, sheets with blanket.
- the bathroom door which gets stuck with the carpet.

Place rather to consider as a guesthouse. Everything is old! The decor needs to be completely revised. The rooms are period. Very noisy (window that closes badly) restaurant is not good it must be said what is. No effort on the part of the staff. I do not recommend it at all.
