Room very basic, but clean. Free parking was good. Check-in on machine was a bit of a hassle, but worked on the 4th pr 5th attempt. Very poor sound insulation between the rooms and hallway.

Dirty hotel and dirty bedroom. The bathroom is ridiculously small with very poor quality bath towel and very thin . Looks more like old rags . No counter space to place your toiletries bag. The bedroom is very small , bumpy bed , old mattresses, only one tiny uncomfortable pillow per guests. Very basic bedroom with cheap small tv, no place to seat . I will never return and will never recommend B&B hotels to anyone. It is our first time patronizing B&B hotel and we will never use this low budget chain. No value for money . Too expensive for what you offer

The room was small, no airplanes, just like a motel, breakfast was just bread, bacon and eggs, lots of drinks, it didn't feel economical to stay here. Prices in Europe are so high, there is nothing to eat around the hotel, only a Subway.

Very kind woman behind the reception but no so fun to check in at 17:00 when you have arrived at 14:00. Would also be usefull if they say that you need a credit card for this hotel

Very friendly receptionist at check-in and other staff during my stay. This was the second time that I stayed in this hotel and I can recommend it to others.
I have used the breakfast buffet. There was not a takeaway breakfast available which I do not prefer anyway.
The breakfast was OK for the price asked.
If I go to Beaune again I will certainly stay again in this hotel.

I knew that maybe there would be nobody at the reception desk anymore. But it appeared to be extremely complicated to obtain an entrycode for the gate. So we were standing for the gate with our car not knowing which code to use to enter with our car. Finally I found out that I neede to go by foot into the hotel, take a room code with my credit card and find an entry code for the parking lot on an invoice I had to print.
Furthermore we could not sleep with an open window as there was something very noisy (hotel installation?) all night long right next to our room.

We have stayed at various Hotel B&B for many years (Reims, Aubagne, Calais, Troyes) but in the last 6-7 years have watched standards of maintenance decline to such an extent we will not come again.
At this one, in room 204, room door wouldn't open when unlocked. The kind lady on reception showed us that it needed to be kicked, bathroom door would not shut, toilet seat loose, sink plug not working. Every time we stay at Hotel B&B there have been problems. It's a shame because the reception staff are always excellent.

I really enjoyed my one night stay in B&B Hotel in Beaune. Your hoteliers were very polite and helpful. They answered all of my questions which were sent by e-mail before my stay. I liked my hotel room and bathroom.

Friendly reception. Nice spacious room, clean with good beds. Unfortunately the bathroom is very narrow with no hooks to hang clothes or towels. No shelf or other possibility to place a bag for toiletries. The washbasin tap hangs completely loose. Soap container at wasbasin was empty. During our regular stays at B&B hotels over the past 10 years we had much better pricing, especially during low season. All in all a mixed experience
