Lovely hotel! The location is convenient, right by the train station and a mere 10 mn walk to downtown. The renovation is nice, rooms are comfortable and have charm. The staff was very helpful, cheerful and competent.

A small but sufficient room with a capsule bathroom. It was clean, well decorated and comfortable, and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the continental buffet breakfast was enjoyable.

Easy walk to the old downtown if you want to save money. The whole area is very safe so you can arrive as late as you want. Only on my way out I used an uber. I don’t think there’s a lot. Also just buses by the hour if you don’t want to walk.

A quiet and charming place central located in Beaune. A friendly and welcoming staff, where guests were appreciated and catered for. A well sheltered private parking area is available and nice if you travel by car. The buffet breakfast was fresh and could be enjoyed at small tables inside or outside. Wow, what a charming little place. Reception was so nice and welcoming, gave us some wonderful suggestions for dinner and drinks. The room was very clean, great size (the high ceilings make it feel larger) and the terrace was fantastic. This place was perfect for my partner and I, plus my Mother and our small dog. Absolutely fantastic stay here, sadly just for one night on my drive to south France but we'll definitely stay here again. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, fantastic room and good breakfast selections. I was also pleasantly surprised to see two Tesla branded electric charge points in the car park which enabled me to charge (non-tesla car) overnight for free.

Both check-in and morning front desk were superb, both cheerful, efficient and helpful. Breakfast is very good and a very comfortable room.

The recent upgrade of the hotel has reinforced our preference for the hotel end we will return on any future occasion when we visit Beaune.

A difficult review to make because there are positives and negatives which do not relate to one another. the place is a little tough to find at first but is a nice little place to stay. They don't have a fridge in the room but the room was very clean. parking is in the hotel and seems to be secure, but charges 7 euros per night. We stopped at this lovely hotel for one night, en route home to the UK from Sardinia. We primarily chose it because it had secure parking, but every thing about this hotel was fabulous. It was a good stay with a warm welcome by an individual (and named) reservation in the garage for the car. Gluten-free breakfast was possible!!! Dogs are allowed. Rooms are poorly soundproofed, but that is okay for a night as a stop on the way south.

Well, what a very warm welcome indeed! Such a warm welcome by the host after a long day driving was just the best way to end the day. The hotel was better than expected! Central location. Clean. Very old building, lots of small shallow stairs in a small tower to your room. We had a room in the roof, low ceiling. Comfortable bed. Well kitted out kitchen. The room was small, no airplanes, just like a motel, breakfast was just bread, bacon and eggs, lots of drinks, it didn't feel economical to stay here. Prices in Europe are so high, there is nothing to eat around the hotel, only a Subway.

I knew that maybe there would be nobody at the reception desk anymore. But it appeared to be extremely complicated to obtain an entrycode for the gate. So we were standing for the gate with our car not knowing which code to use to enter with our car. Finally I found out that I neede to go by foot into the hotel, take a room code with my credit card and find an entry code for the parking lot on an invoice...

Very friendly receptionist at check-in and other staff during my stay. This was the second time that I stayed in this hotel and I can recommend it to others. I have used the breakfast buffet. There was not a takeaway breakfast available which I do not prefer anyway. The breakfast was OK for the price asked. If I go to Beaune again I will certainly stay again in this hotel.

The modern website doesn't resemble the hotel quite accurately. The carpeting in the dim stairway has a very antique finish an the furniture in the public spaces has definitely seen better days. Our family room, also with carpeting, was clean with a modern bathroom. The downside: the airconditioning kept making unpleasant noises at 5 minute intervals all night 😵‍💫.

Air conditioned room which was important as it was very hot in Beaune. The room was fine - the hallways are really dark so look for the light switches. There was a nice breakfast but the roon very crowded so you may want to ask about times when there are fewer people if close quarters bother you. The only real negative was the grouchy man at the front desk. We cut him some slack on the first day...

A good budget hotel. A good budget hotel, ideal if travelling and just need somewhere to sleep. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, we stayed 2 nights and room made up on 2 day. A little tired but felt price good for what was on offer. A really nice breakfast, with lots of choice. Staff friendly and I felt they would be happy to help if needed.
