Disappointed with this hotel. Facilities are poor. No tea/coffee facilities, Lounge area locked at 6pm so nowhere to sit as a group. No bar or food outside breakfast which was sparse.

The hotel looks old, the carpet is full with stains, the walls of the toilet are with stains

Poor. There is no food available in the hotel so definitely no Brasserie. Breakfast is ok. There are no staff around most of the time - worst of all there is no lounge area so we all ended up sitting on the floor of the entrance lobby. It’s a great location but it’s tired and shabby. Some basic things missing, no tea or coffee in room, no do not disturb hangers. Basically its a not very good B&B

Very nice hotel. Perfect for a short stay in Gérardmer as it’s opposite the lake and a short walk to the town centre where there are lots of bars and restaurants
The room was very comfortable and clean and on the top floor so very spacious and nicely decorated
The breakfast is just right, nicely presented and the tables are under a veranda which is very pleasant
I would definitely recommend it and we’ll be back! Thanks a lot :)

Expensive hotel for the services we paid 99€ per night with:
paper on the wall that is peeling off the carpets that are far too old stained with bleach (dirty) the bathroom grout moldy
the bedding as old as the carpet no coffee or tea no additional service
All this at a price!!!
And what a pity because pleasant establishment and geographically well located and pleasant staff …
