The biggest advantage is its proximity to the station. The elevator is small, so be careful if you have luggage. Breakfast is practically nonexistent, it doesn't matter if you go early or late. The restaurant is on the second floor, right next to the stairs, so you won't be sleeping there in the mornings and evenings.

Location wise is very convenient if you're traveling via train coa the main train station is just a minute walk. Staff are friendly and nice.

We had a wonderful experience thanks to the excellent service. The staff went above and beyond by preparing breakfast for us very early in the morning before our train departure, which we truly appreciated. Everyone was extremely friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about our needs. The room was comfortable and clean, with a brand-new carpet that made it feel fresh and welcoming. Highly recommended for both the service and the overall comfort.

We arrived late by train, so the hotel was ideal for us. Hotels on or near the Grand Île are expensive, and this was the case here. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, albeit minimal - no cupboards/drawers and no safe. The lighting was not good, in particular with the bathroom being illuminated only by a mirror. However, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was well serviced, very clean, and although not well equipped at least everything worked and was in good condition.

The breakfast was good, but the breakfast room was quite small leading to it being very crowded at times and the staff unable to keep up.

Overall though, we enjoyed our stay, and it was ideal for us visiting the Christmas markets in Strasbourg and Colmar.

perfect location right outside the center station and within easy reach to the old town on foot. Personally we didnt request for a room with view and we didnt expect it at all consider we pay for the cheapest room type but we were given the room with amazing view to the strasbourg notre dame, amazing view. Checkin process was super speedy, perfect for us after long flight. Room was nicely cleaned compared to other hotels i have stayed in france. Overall would highly recommend.

The hotel is located right next to the train station and yet very quiet. We arrived in the night via a train and only had to walk 3 mins with our luggage. The breakfast selection is good with local fresh produce and the rooms are clean. The only downside was that we didnt receive much information from the reception. For example we only learnt that there was a swimming pool nearby when we checked out.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The reception staff were incredibly warm, kind, and helpful — they really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Every interaction felt genuine and professional, and they handled everything with a smile.

The hospitality deserves a full 5 stars — smooth check-in, helpful local tips, and a friendly atmosphere from start to finish. Location is perfect right by the station, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the vibe is cozy yet modern.
