Best place to stay in Strasbourg. Flawless service, amazing concierge Mathieu, and beautiful rooms. I highly recommend to any traveler. We stayed 3 nights and wish we had stayed longer. Room was very clean and big! Don't hesitate to book.

Centrally located, nice hotel with reliable and friendly service. Service at the restaurant on the ground floor was a little slow but great food. Excellent breakfast buffet and great service. Strasbourg and more generally Alsace is beautiful over the Christmas season.

The hotel is classic and beautifully designed, offering a timeless charm. The view from the room was stunning and added to the overall experience. Breakfast was marvelous, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making the stay feel warm and welcoming. A special thank you to the concierge team for their excellent assistance with transportation arrangements. Truly a delightful stay!

The perfect high end hotel for Strasbourg. Immaculate, clean, well decorated and the staff was as open and helpful as could be. Rooms are not large by US standards but are plenty big enough with nicely appointed baths. The breakfast was amazing and the perfect start to the day. Can’t wait to return.

We had a 2 rooms and stayed 2 nights. We paid approximately 450€ per night. We complained on technical issues with ventilation. Hotel promised to compensate but we don’t received it. Shame.

I am very loyal to Marriott typically I'am a Ritz-Carlton St. Regis. Luxury collection guest. When booking this hotel, I did not know what to expect, but all I can say is I have been taken away by the level of service. The friendliness of the staff from the front desk to the concierge and housekeeping to all the wait staff
who serves breakfast every morning with a smile in their faces and greeting you in every way possible makes you feel right at home. It is the genuine passion that you can see throughout. Congratulations to the management team who manages this property you must and should be proud of your employees.

The room was very nice and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and willing to help, and the location was excellent. During the Christmas period, road closures (10:00 AM–10:00 PM) may require carrying luggage for a short distance. Overall, I really liked the hotel, though the room felt a bit small for the price.

Hotel Maison Rouge is the jewel of Autograph Collection crown. My husband and I have a special connection to this property that preceded its Marriott branding and we are so very pleased it has retained its commitment to a personalized service that harkens back to the full service hotels of yesteryear. The front desk team, Pasquale, in particular, learned our names on Day 1 and went out of their way to make us feel welcome after an arduous and long journey to Strasbourg. Norman Theiss oversees Guest Relations and deserves special recognition for both his genuine kindness and his diligence in communicating with us multiple times each day to ensure that we were able to make the most of our stay.
