Location is good just opposite the train station and walking distance to place of interest like petite France
Free coffee and tea 24 hours but no snack
Room service no auto refilled shower gel need to call room service
Hotel breakfast everyday the same food! Never change a bit I regretted staying four days either breakfast I can save money to eat something else as next door have some pastry shop and McDonald’s

The location is very good, you will see the hotel right after walk out from the main train station. The hotel is nice and offers drinks 24 h.

Good vibes hotel near Strasbourg station. Many restaurants near the hotel. Great service, especially luggage deposit before check-in time.

From the review of others, I was quite worried that the shower of the bathroom would be separated from the rest part of the bathroom only by a curtain, not even reaching the floor, making the floods all over. I was also worried about the water temperature of the shower. Luckily, non of my worries happened, since we were assigned a room facing the street. The water pressure of the shower was low as other reviews mentioned, though. The location is really good, with complimentary drinks 24/7.
However, I still expected that this hotel would improve the bathroom design , thus I can feel relaxed to stay there again.🤣

The hotel is very central and is very unique.
The rooms are very spacious and we had a good view of the station.
Staff are very friendly and their breakfast ia nice aswell

The room was so small for the price we paid! Bathroom was also tiny and water pressure was so low. When I asked if they gave us the right room they insisted but I felt it was not the room I booked . Location was good opp the central station.

Hotel is conveniently located near the train station! Everything was good! Thomas was very friendly too, and provided good service during our 2 nights stay!
Only down side was there is no fridge and kettle! But overall still good!

Room and bed were all a little smaller than expected and the bathroom was freezing, but the vibe of the hotel was amazing. After we finished with the christmas markets we just sat in the hotels dinning area and enjoyed complementary hot cider and snacks/treats until we were ready to turn in for the night.

The hotel may not be spacious, but it’s comfortable and well-maintained. It’s conveniently located near the train station, but it’s a bit further from the main tourist spots. However, the highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Thomas. He was very helpful and kind throughout my visit, making the stay even more better.
