An all-round great stay in a superb atmosphere.

A wonderful hotel, with pleasant complimentary tea, coffee, a robe, and slippers in the room.
Wonderful spa, large pool, Turkish hammam, and sauna.
The breakfasts were a complete disappointment, which is surprising... but true. From the lack of seating and the staff's complete disregard for any issues, to the appalling quality and variety of food.
There's literally nothing, nothing is done upon request, it feels like they're pulling food out of supermarket bags.
The staff, instead of helping, wait for you to lose your patience and just leave.

Therefore, I definitely recommend the hotel, but I don't recommend adding breakfast.

A super nice hotel in a great location. Quiet yet close to the city center.
A very tasty and extensive breakfast buffet. Nice room and comfortable bed. Apparently, the hotel had excellent food in a very pleasant setting. It was a shame there was no parking.
We could park our car in a nearby parking lot. The hotel took us there. We stayed in the building above the main building. Apparently, it was the newer section. Breakfast and the spa were also there. We will definitely be back.

The hotel's location is ideal. It's located just outside the hustle and bustle of the city center, in a beautiful and quiet complex. The center is about a 10-minute walk away. Perfect!

The room was nice and well-equipped. The swimming pool and Turkish bath were very nice.

Awful Wi-Fi. SPA doesn’t work. Parking for 30 euros. Never come back.

I didn't try the food here, I don't know if it's good. The light was dark and I didn't like the attic.

It is a very unique hotel. After arriving, staff came to help with luggage and parking. The room is large and the location is very good. It only takes 7 or 8 minutes to walk to Petite France. There are also many good restaurants around.
