We only stopped for lunch at the beach restaurant. Location is nice well kept but service was not up to a 5stars hotel and certainly not up to the price charged. Waiters not communicating between each other and forgetting things. They didn’t pay attention to the allergy of my husband. They didn’t put any oil on the table, no gluten free bread that was asked. One glass was chipped. They didn’t ask if we wanted a dessert or coffee. They charged us for a prestige rose rather than a standard rose wine. The waitress was quite rude as well. We wanted to try the Michelin restaurant but after this experience I don’t think we will go back. Over priced for food (average) and service. The restaurant was not busy on that day.

Wonderful beach club. Making reservations by phone was easy. Valet parking. Small beach that is great for small kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful but they could have a few more staff serving the beach for drinks/umbrella adjustment. I had to go to the bar to order bottled water. Great washroom and shower. The restaurant was very good too. Being Relais Chateau we knew it would have great food. Enjoyed our meal.

Our return was even better than our first visit. At the end of a busy season we were looked after so so well. Our 2 kids under 3 years had a ball - everyone made such a fuss of them. The food at the beach restaurant was a joy - to the point we are there every day. The beach and pool set has to be the best in the cap? Every single member of staff was an absolute pleasure to deal with but special mention to Ludovic and colleagues on the beach. Bravo. See you in 23!

We stayed in the hotel for our honeymoon. The beach facilities and the staff was amazing. The breakfast was also great, both the selection and the setting. We were very happy to have stayed in this hotel.
The staff in general were helpful but I'd want to give a special call-out to Celine, the general manager and Ludovic, the beach manager. They were very attentive and helpful during our stay.

The hotel, staff, and restaurants were lovely. The entire stay exceeded the high expectations we had for the first stop on our honeymoon. Hotel staff were in contact and eager to help ensure that we were fed (and fed very well) when our travel to NCE went awry and we arrived long after our anticipated reservation. Further, the staff upgraded our room, citing our honeymoon as the reason - I'm sure that I indicated that the trip was for a honeymoon on a reservation form, but I suspect these forms are largely ignored by many hotels. The setting is beautiful and the beach lovely. My wife and I wish that we had booked more time at this most lovely place and will be sure to return.

Gorgeous hotel. My room had floor to ceiling sliding glass doors overlooking the ocean and pool that took up the entire wall. Didn't get to try the beach restaurant or the gourmet restaurant.
