Unbeatable location, just steps from the beach, the port, great restaurants, and lively beach clubs, and only two blocks from La Croisette, Cannes’ iconic main avenue. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, and breakfast features delicious, fresh baguettes that make every morning a treat.

Wow, what a find! Steps from the beach/Boulevard de la Croisette, free parking on site, and friendly staff, all for an incredible price. I enjoyed popping down for a morning swim in the mornings — even without a towel, as it was 2 minutes away. The staff on site were incredibly helpful in giving us directions to the main sites and train station for Monaco—all an easy walk away. Can’t recommend this hotel enough, a rare find indeed.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful family
Running it. I had a wonderful time. The location is LITERALLY PERFECT. Less than 10 minute walk from the beach. Staff was super accommodating. I would love to go back next year Lord willing. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cannes. I appreciate you all and God bless.

A great place for a one-night stay. Convenient location, not far from the sea. The room is clean and tidy, but don’t expect anything fancy. Just a comfortable spot to sleep and take a shower.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful stay I had at your hotel last week. I was so impressed with the level of service and amenities that I felt compelled to write this note.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and my room was spacious and beautifully decorated. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet, which was always fresh and delicious.

We just finished our week-long stay at the Hotel Alexandre III and can's say enough good things about it. It is modest, but very comfortable.

The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Location is a short walk to the beaches and a nice leisurely walk to the shopping and dining areas.

The manager Manuel and his wife Mariya are so kind and helpful and welcoming - they make you feel as though you are guests in their own home.

And the breakfasts on the back patio with fresh-baked breads and coffee...what a treat!

Best find in Cannes is this hotel!!
