Hi. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel Verlaine. The hotel is is the residential area a short walk to a public beach and a shop behind it which was great.
15 min walk from the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
You can hear some road noise but you are in the city.
I really liked the lobby, my room and balcony.
The hotel looked after my cases on my last day until my flight home.
Fridge in room, cold water dispenser downstairs. A great hotel. Thank you.

Really really nice an helpful staff. Great breakfast with a lot of options. Room clean and cozy. And a big Intermarche almost next door. Just a few meters to the beach. Can't recommend this olace enough.

I am a seasoned traveler and honestly, this stay, booked last minute, was amazing. Special thanks to Sydnei on the front desk as he was helpful and welcoming and definitely made a difference!
The property has parking (20€) which was a life saver for me; the room, though not too big, was clean and nice, with all the needed amenities, high ceiling, and great bathroom. The breakfast (€20) was absolutely delicious. The property located near the highway but windows are sound isolating. The location allows you to easily access the beach (about 8-10 min walk), the train station (10 min walk), and shops (3-5 min walk). Truly recommend.

Amazing property. The staff is helpful and it is walkable to everything in Cannes. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful as well!

The hotel is in a great location, about a 10-minute walk to Carlton Beach. The rooms are small and the price is quite high during peak season, so it's not really worth it, but it's still a good choice.

Warm welcome, helpful staff, room that perfectly met our expectations, and a rather high-quality breakfast!
We have no complaints, we highly recommend it! And we might come back soon!

The hotel location is very nice although the hotel absolutely is not worth a 4Star and it MUST have a renovation.The photos on the internet do not match the offer. I Stayed 5 days with my daughter and we felt like we were not guests because we booked an economy room. A Couple of these rooms are seperated and during the night the washing maschine made loud noises.The Balcony door could not close.Sorry I wouldnt recommemd anyone this hotel.The pictures are different from reality and the hygiene is poor!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel ,the service was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. Special thanks to Dorsaf, Renaldo, and Stephane, who made our stay memorable. The rooms were spotless absolutely nothing to complain about , the location is really amazing the hotel is located in the center of cannes everything is nearby, highly recommended i ´ll absolutely come again 😃

Booked two nights but only stayed one… The hotel isn’t a 4 star hotel let’s make this very clear, the staff is extremely nice but not trained enough. I had booked the economy room but didn’t expect to climb stairs to go to my room as we were “only in economy” the lady at the front desk made sure we were aware of that.

One good thing … they kept our stuff upon arrival even when the room wasn’t ready until past 3:40 despite check-in being at 3:00.

PS: the gentleman at the front desk didn’t seem surprised to see us leave a day before expected check out …

Do not stay here. My girlfriend and I had made a reservation months in advance. We arrived just for them to tell us our reservation had been cancelled. Since I had made the reservation online, I had a confirmation code and could confirm that I did not receive any communication from them. When I asked for proof that I had cancelled it via email or otherwise, they could not produce it. Turns out they had just decided to cancel it while we were mid-trip in Europe. Upon exploring the facilities as I was forced to scramble to find another place to stay last minute, I can say with absolute confidence that this hotel is nowhere near a four stars; perhaps closer to two. Learn from our mistake in booking this place and heed the other bad reviews like we should’ve.
