I had a very unpleasant experience during my recent stay at your hotel. My reservation was 15 August 2025
Unfortunately, several issues made my stay uncomfortable:
• We found bugs and cockroaches in the room.
• The shower was broken, and when I reported it, I was told to “adapt,” which is unacceptable.
• The air conditioning in the room was not working, making the stay even worse.
This is far below the standard expected from a hotel, and I am very disappointed with both the facilities and the lack of proper service.

Despite the imperfections of the place, the owner demonstrated utmost hospitality towards us. Very very patient, extremely helpful not because it was convenient and easy but his goodness as a person was demonstrated in our not easy situation.
Location is so perfect - just 1 minute walk to the train and bus station. Asian buffet restaurant beside it. Carrefour supermarket, the park, beach, cafes and restaurants all over in just 2 minutes walk.
The room was super clean. Towels were new and not worn out. They were really absorbent!! Bed sheets and pillow cases were fresh and you feel they are truly clean. No smell pf any chemical. Wifi worked impeccably.

Definitely not what we expected given the reviews. The premises are old and not extremely clean. The corridors have a stale mixed alcool mixed smoke smell and the doors do not close properly and can easily be open from the outside. We had to ran away. On the positive side the manager Daniela has been extremely helpful and understanding, firstly we booked for the wrong dates and they found us a couple of rooms, and when we decided to leave to find another solution she agreed in giving us a refund.

I feel like I should have given this place 2 stars since it's in the title. This hotel is ⭐⭐ so not extremely fancy. Just a clean and pleasant ⭐⭐ hotel. But the people in there were super nice. We are used to a lot of air-conditioning and found our room to be a little hot, but the bathrooms were extremely clean. The man at the desk (I assume is the owner) is absolutely lovely.

Owners are lovely and very helpful but the hotel is tired and in need of an overhaul. That said, reasonably priced for a 2 star hotel with a great location.
