Top hotel in front of the sea. Parking. Will repeat!

The hotel is in a great location, very convenient for travel, and has new interior decoration. The rooms are not big and are different from the pictures, but the service is good. The entrance and exit gates of the hotel are hard to find. I couldn't find it at first when I drove and used the navigation. Although the gate is on the side of the road, the entrance is slanted and the road is very narrow. There are two large trash cans at the door, which blocked it, so it was not easy to find.

The price/performance ratio is very high. The room is right next to the sea when you open the door. The room is cleaned every day and is very tidy. There is also a desk in the room, which is convenient for occasional overtime work at night. Overall good review

We recommend booking a room facing the sea for a beautiful view. The economy rooms are located on the lower floor, where there are pipes from a restaurant, and the noise doesn't stop until after 10 PM. Reservations are required for lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant. There is free parking on site, and the old town is about a 20-minute drive away. There was a dent in the floor of one parking space, and my family member twisted their ankle while getting out of the car. The hotel should promptly repair this to avoid any safety hazards.

Had an amazing 2 nights at the hotel.... the staff was helpful and very friendly.... the hotel room was very clean.... but the best part is definitely the location. The sea view is just perfection... there are few beaches around just 2-3 mins walking... the area is walkable to nearby amazing restaurants and the port...there is an amazing walk by the coaston the other side....very peaceful and quite.... would just enjoy my glass of wine by the window.... absolutely recommend... Will definitely be booking this hotel again wherever I am in Nice again.

It's worth noting that we specifically wanted a place somewhat quieter than the chaotic core beachfront of Old Nice, and for what we wanted, it was perfect. If you want that vibrant beach scene you may not like this more laid-back hidden gem.

Parking was plentiful and free (sometimes required creative placement of the car but still worlds better than Old Nice). Staff were friendly and helpful, they allowed us into our room at 11am which was greatly appreciated after a long flight, and the views were absolutely unrivaled.

Rooms were just large enough to not feel cramped, and with the large windows open you get a nice pleasant sea breeze with spectacular views and very little road noise.

I will say the main courses at dinner weren't amazing, but they weren't bad by any means, maybe 7/10. Certainly they were worth the cost to eat outdoors and take in the magnificent sunsets. The rooms were a good value when we stayed in mid-september, and the location provided a good base from which to explore nearby areas such as Eze.

I would probably not recommend the hotel if you plan to have no car and want to walk to everything, but if like us you were planning to drive to nearby places and use the hotel as a quiet retreat, it was perfect.

Nice hotel almost directly at the beachfront. You have a great view on the sea from most of the rooms and the terrace! And you only have to cross the street to get to a small spot where you can directly jump into the water. It is a little walk though to get to the old town of Nice, one should know that. The rooms were great, very clean and modern, high ceilings, lots of space. The cleaners and receptionists were outstandingly friendly as well. I only have two comments. Even though lunch and dinner are absolutely delicious, really well prepared food, clever meals, the breakfast is lacking options, it‘s just nothing special. However, you can eat on the terrace with an absolutely stunning view! And unfortunately I have to say that the service at the restaurant is just not good. Please train your waiters! Interrupting a speech, taking away plates even though other people on the table are still eating, repeatedly forgetting single dishes, up to simply being horribly rude.
