Very friendly reception staff in the morning. Condition of the hotel is tired. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Outside of the hotel looks nice.

Hotel is lovely BUT! Location is wonderful, rooms are comfortable, parking is easy but make sure your room is above floor 1 as our room was opposite the restaurant. Noisy guests both for breakfast and evening meal spoilt it - kept us awake and woke us up.

Clean, well kept property which is reasonably well located. The rooms are basic and lack facilities such as tea and coffee making facilties but if its just a base you want for exploring the French Riveria then its a perfect choice.

Had a nice view, the room was old but clean… it was October this time of year they can not have the air on … so the room was too warm and had to have the front desk bring a fan to make it comfortable to sleep at night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was ok just dated and the grounds and planters need to be cleaned up.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely stay again on my next trip to Menton. Beautiful property with a wonderful view of the sea and just steps from the old town. Walking distance to the train to explore the other areas of Côte D’Azur as well.

An old hotel on the main street. The sea is across the road, but the beach is undeveloped. A store is across the street. Everything is nearby. The room was average, and it was quiet. The staff wasn't very friendly. The breakfast was good: omelette, sausage, hot dogs, cheese, fruit, yogurt, and pastries.

Very new, clean and tidy, very nice, right by the sea. The breakfast is also very good. It doesn't look like much, but it has everything you need. There are two kinds of hot dishes, which basically meet your needs.

We have never experienced such pleasant service. Every person at the desk is super nice. Have no complaints about any noise. Simple beverage and coffee available 24/7. Room layout somewhat odd, with person taking shower being visible from the room (red glass), but that adds some experience... OK breakfast, few good items like small pancakes and fresh orange juice.

We stayed for 4days and it was a great time and experience. The Management and staff are very friendly and attentive to details. They were speaking English very well with a smile to understand your needs. It’s just that it was quite noisy due to nearby roads. Nevertheless it was amazing. This is our favourite hotel in menton / French Riviera

We liked the hotel. It is a bit away from the city center, but you can walk there in 15 minutes. There is a small and clean beach nearby. The rooms are small, but clean and cozy. The hotel has free tea and coffee 24 hours a day, as well as small desserts. Gorgeous sea view. Excellent breakfast. Excellent gym. The only thing we didn't like was the staff's behavior. Everything was good. Breakfast was delicious, I recommend it.

Overall, I am satisfied. It is an 11-minute walk from the station and the old town of Menton, where Zhong Chuxi's check-in wall is very popular. It takes less than half an hour to walk there. If you walk along the coastline, it is also comfortable and convenient to take the bus. The overall style of the hotel is very holiday.

Just a 10 minute walk from the train station, this hotel in Menton was perfect for us! Right across the street from the water, we loved walking along the promenade daily. About a 20 minute walk from the ‘busy’ town centre and restaurants, which we enjoyed being close but not too close! Smaller rooms, but we really only slept in them! Good breakfast, staff was lovely!

I have stayed at this property three or four times, as I come to Menton often for work. I find this hotel to be the coziest of the places that I have stayed. The breakfast is really nice and comprehensive and the location cannot be beat. Highly recommend.

We stayed in Menton for three days. We were initially assigned a room on the first floor, right above the entrance. It was awful. Fortunately, we were able to upgrade to a room on the fifth floor with a balcony. The service was excellent, especially Ewelina, who ensured our comfort and created a pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel's location is very good and convenient to everything, but the hotel facilities are old and simple. In addition, the bathroom design is not reasonable and it is easy to get water all over the floor.

OK value for money in August in Menton, clean and bed is comfortable. Otherwise Wifi is not working well and room is nothing special, small and rather old. A/C is working.

This is one of the best modern hotels we've stayed in. Interesting decor, helpful staff and good soundproofing. The rooms are a generous size: worth getting one with a sea view and a balcony. The location is good for a stroll into the centre of Menton and there are several local restaurants and cafes near the Marina.

Although the hotel is old, it has the basic facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the location is excellent, close to the beach, within walking distance. Restaurants are easy to find and there are many options nearby. The only drawback is that there are relatively few parking spaces, and the street outside the hotel is quite busy, so there is no convenient place to load and unload luggage.

Beautiful hotel in Menton. Close to the beach, the train station and main shopping area. The hotel owner was very nice, welcoming and helpful. We had two rooms, a double for us and a twin for our 18 and 14 year old. The breakfast was lovely too. The hotel was also very clean. We had great stay and would recommend highly.

We chose this hotel because it’s close to the station which allowed us to visit Monaco and go to the Monte Carlo tennis open. It’s minutes walk to the sea and very close to cheap little restaurants. The hotel is clean and has good Wi-Fi and good breakfast. Sandrine and Bruno are incredibly helpful and accommodating. We will come back!!

I stayed 3 nights with my family. Nice property with basics. Clean room and bathroom. Easy access to public transport. Very near to Menton’s train station, hence, can be bit noisy in night time. Staff is really helpful and accommodating. I liked the idea of express breakfast option for €3 ( a drink and a croissant) if you are in rush.

Loved our stay here. The hotel is close to the train station but the hotel is quiet. From the station for those with luggage - cross the plaza and take an elevator down to the street. Nice place. Right across from the water. Older building but most are. About 1,6 km/1 mile walk to center along beaches to Menton center. Several staff speak English and Italian and of course French. Breakfast is good with many choices. Rooms nice and nice bathrooms. Air conditioning works great, but also nice with windows open.

Reception was supposed to open at 1600 but no one was there and several of us were waiting around for a little while. Checking was straightforward as I’d done it online. Our room was next to the elevator but we heard nothing. Double bed room was very tight in size, the balcony was bigger! Bathroom was very workable. Very clean. The bed was very comfortable. A fairly typical Ibis room.
