The hotel's location is excellent, right on a bustling main street, yet surprisingly quiet in the rooms. The rooms are clean and tidy, with windows for ventilation and central air conditioning. The breakfast room offers complimentary hot drinks, and you can store your luggage for free. All the receptionists speak English and are very friendly and attentive. I'm very satisfied.

Hart Hotel Review

I had a comfortable stay at Hart Hotel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and professional, and the food was good. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and overall the hotel offers good value for money. I would stay here again.

The hotel is closed to Tram station (Jean Medicin) and 15 min-walk to Nice Ville Station.

The location is right on the main street near L1 line. Walking distance to Nice-Ville station. The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. We got very comfortable extra pillows. The bd was very comfortable and the room was very clean and cute.

Average 3 star in a great location.
Great location. We had a junior suite and the rooms need updating. Beds are very comfortable and we were on the second floor but the proximity to the building opposite made the room dark and as we were on second floor, it’s noisy from the street below. Paid £380 per night but only given water complimentary for the first night. Air con old and not that effective.

Hotel Florence is a petit sized hotel located in a very convenient and decent neighborhood.
You can easily hop on to the tramway (which is less than 5 mins away), or take a short walk southward towards Place Massena in around 10 mins.
The service overall was excellent, but they had some miscommunication with the booking agency and configured the room incorrectly.
Overall a great for value hotel.

If staying in Nice I highly recommend the Hotel Florence. Excellent location only a few minutes from trams 1 & 2 and a 10 minute walk to the Old Town. Friendly staff, comfy rooms and a great choice of fresh produce for breakfast. The manager arranged a lovely personal touch when she found out we were there for my wife's birthday. It's the little things that make such a good impression and puts a place above others. Will definitely return if in Nice again.

The hotel is the perfect choice for discovering Nice, easily accessible and within easy reach of everything. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The staff at the accommodation are very kind and helpful.

The location is very good and easy to find. It's a few steps to the main street of Nice where you can go shopping. The room is not very big and is a bit older, but it's clean. The front desk staff is very friendly. Overall it's OK.
