Check-in and check-out were extremely easy and efficient. They had well written, easy to understand instructions of procedures and house rules. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room , although not large, was very cozy and clean. The bathroom was a nice size. The kitchenette was lovely. I appreciated the little welcome gift they had on the counter- it was quite useful. The location was very walkable to everywhere I wanted to go. I liked that there were games available to check-out at the front desk. The whole area was quiet, felt very safe and was quite scenic. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to stay there again on my next trip.

the double deck is in front of the toilet door for your info.. aside from this we had a great stay, receptionist (forgot his name) was so kind, will be staying again when we visit Menton.

Pet friendly, patio, lots of things within walking distance, easy to get around. Friendly neighborhood. Bring toiletries, as the rooms aren't cleaned every day, but cleaning supply are provided (vacuum).

For the first time in several years that we have visited this residence, we are disappointed. Bedding (mattress very stained and in average condition,) we stayed from December 22 to January 3 without having changed sheets or towels. Lots to let go. It's a shame because we were faithful to the residence
