2 stars because at least it was pretty clean and provided all the basics. But for 92€ for a double room, not really worth it. The “double bed” was really 2 single beds just pushed together and the mattress was not comfortable either (plus again very small and you can’t sleep in the middle).
The bathroom was decent, there was some AC which was nice. A blackout curtain, though it didn’t cover the whole window so it was still relatively bright in our room.
Overall it’s not a very good value.

My partner and I stayed just one night.
The room we were assigned (small) had dirty curtains and carpet (the carpet was really worn out in some places).
Also in the room there was a bad smell of smoke, probably due to the lack of washing of the curtains and carpet.
The reception guy was very nice and welcoming.

I have never met such an unfriendly hotel manager. The cleaning was done only briefly. The vacuum cleaner has never been passed while the carpet is on the floor. After three days, I changed hotels.
