Our week-long stay at Les Lans was nothing short of perfection. We’ve visited Avoriaz several times before but this was our first time staying here - and it certainly won’t be our last.

The hotel is a traditional alpine chalet, beautifully restored and cared for by Aube and her family. Everything was spotlessly clean, cozy, and comfortable. Our twin room had a spacious wardrobe, very good shower and a balcony with stunning views of the Prodain slope.

I cannot praise enough every aspect of our stay, but the food deserves a special mention. Every meal was unbelievably good, with fresh seasonal local produce expertly prepared by the resident chef. And I don’t mean it was merely “good for hotel catering” - it was actually at the level of a very good restaurant. Dinners were definitely the highlight of our stay which we looked forward to every night.

Many thanks to Aube and the team for the most perfect week in the Alps we’ve ever had so far. Les Lans is truly a special place, and we can’t wait to return.

An absolute gem of a hotel! Superb food, great connections to town and lifts, cosy bar with log burner - lovely after a day in the mountains. Cannot recommend highly enough and wonderful and friendly people running it. We will be returning!

We were in room 26 with lovely little balcony and view up to Prodain gondola. Comfy bed with plenty of storage and a small bath with plentiful hot water, to relax in after a days skiing. Good breakfast but dinner was the highlight. No choice so you don't have to think and it was all superb. My only complaint would be I'm now on a strict diet!😁 As a skier of a certain age the bus stop at the bottom of the hotel drive was a real boost.

Stayed there last week and it was superb. The bedroom was comfortable, the hairdryer worked well - usually it takes ages to dry my hair because it's so thick but it didn't with the hairdryer there. There was even a kettle to make a cup of tea! The toilet always smelt fresh no matter who had been in there previously. I'm allergic to air fresheners; they make me feel really ill but that was not the case here. I felt fine at all times so they must use a very pure product. I liked the 7.30pm mealtime a lot because it gave us a chance to have a cup of tea and relax after the rigors of the day. It's like a little retreat - like going home. The cable car up to the mountains is a short walk away - you turn right and keep going. The staff are lovely too - especially the girl on reception and the waitress with frizzy hair. I really recommend it and hope you enjoy staying there as much as I did.

Hôtel Les Lanches is a true gem in Avoriaz. The atmosphere is wonderfully quiet and relaxed, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day in the mountains. What really sets it apart, though, is the warmth of the team. Everyone is genuinely welcoming and so helpful, creating a stay that feels like a stay in a family-owned hotel.

Each evening, the outstanding French meals are a highlight in their own right: thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Breakfast is just as impressive, with a generous spread that covers everything you could want to start the day. Most importantly, coffee is excellent with fresh ground beans. A stay here is as much about the food and atmosphere as it is about the location.

From the second we stepped into les lans ; the staff the ambience the food the quiet the calm felt like a big warm hug. Small attention to detail left you wanting for nothing in terms of comfort and amiability it’s a small team but they manage to look after everyone intimately and make you feel special I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Morzine or alvoriaz the location gives you both worlds for skiiing but return to Les lans post piste post apres to be restored for the next day and yes the food is incredible

Cannot fault Aube and her team. They were so friendly and helpful. Meals were delicious, and although two of our members were vegetarian this was no problem and they were always offered an alternative option. Everywhere was spotless and beds very comfortable. Good situation with either the free bus stop right outside, or a short walk to the Prodains cable car. Would certainly recommend and we hope to return on another ski trip.

Aube and the team are nothing short of amazing and went above and beyond for our family on our recent stay at Hotel Les Lens. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The food is very nice, especially the canard and the grill night where you cook your steak at the your table. Great location for the lift up to the slopes. Thank you so much Aube and see you again soon.

Very friendly hotel. All staff were extremely friendly. We went half board and the food was delicious. I'm not a fan of fondue so they made me a delicious alternative on fondue night. Room was basic but everything that's needed. Would definitely recommend.
