Really easy to find and get through local transit, nice place to stay, great room and the service really great.

Very welcoming hotel with friendly staff :) The room was quite comfortable, however it was a shame that it didn't have a refrigerator. The bathroom is very spacious, it has a bathtub with large mirrors. The hotel has an elevator, which makes it easy to get around, especially with suitcases. We are satisfied with this reservation.

I've just returned home from 5 weeks at the Golden Tulip along with colleagues working at the Paris 2024 Olympics. On first impressions I must admit that the rooms are a little tired but this in no way affected the comfort or cleanliness. The rooms were meticulously cleaned every day and fresh bottles of water provided daily. Absolutely no complaints. As for the security in the room as has been mentioned in a previous review, I left my valuables unlocked for 5 weeks with absolutely no incident or concern.
The staff from my experience were always polite and courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied with plenty of choice to suit all tastes.
The hotel location is very convenient for the airport and not too far from Paris itself. It's located at the edge of a charming little village with a variety of little restaurants and bars to suit most tastes. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would stay again.

Wish I could rate a 0, worst ever customer experience. Really showing the world that the reputation the French have is warranted. arrogant, rude, not accomodating and disgusting people. the worst part is I have to go back because I have a non cancellation room. Might forefiet the fees paid just to stay on the streets

I wont waste my time reaching out again, the first 5 times resulted in no resolution so I won waste the long distance call. I have spoken to 3 managers and head office and all i get is fingerpointing and blame passing.

You want to gain my trust, maybe you can look into my booking in January and you tell me how you can better serve me. I am still looking for a hotel on January 12, 2025 and I will not extend my prebooked stay another night

I booked a room. Then they removed the restaurant service. So I had to cancel, but it was too late to cancel for free through booking. The hotel still decided to cancel the reservation for free. Thank you. Very correct

We got there earlier and they told us we can only gwt the room at 2pm . So you need to wait till 2pm . NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THAT TIME .. The standard rooms carpet is ugly . Smells. ac dont work . We change 3 bedrooms b4 we can fet a room with AC working . The agent FATHIYA upgraded us to deluxe room . Which was a nice gesture from her . Fokd is ok .. nothing extraordinary ... i rather eat breakfast outside ... they charge you for parking too ... i found its expensive ... fir a 3 star hotel ...

I didn't stay in this hotel but had to take food here as airfrance cancelled my flight. The so called buffet was simply awful, it seems this is a permanent complaint as there are some other people commenting the same in their review. Over boiled vegetables, boiled fish.. some sausages full of fat and a sort of broth full of fat as well.. not inviting at all. Why not to offer fresh salad or fruit , nothing fancy just cooked properly
