B&B Hotel Paris Nord 2 CDG Aéroport in Roissy

Avoid this hotel if you can, there are much better options just next door.

Instead of staying at this Ibis “Budget”, I strongly recommend checking out Ibis (closer to the airport), or Ibis “Style” or next door hotel: “Novotel” (a bit more expensive), all visible on Google Maps.

This is hands-down the worst Ibis “Budget” I’ve ever encountered.

Major Cons:
1. Hard to reach, to find a Uber driver (cause no taxi will take you there from the airport at CDG - too short of a distance for them) or using 2 different shuttles (airport and then theirs) which requires to prepaid in advance isn’t much help.
2. Terrible decor with mismatched colors and cheap finishes. Honestly, a child could have done better 😂.
3. Lighting issues, the overhead bed lights stay on and can’t be turned off. Not ideal for sleeping.
4. Minimal amenities, only one towel per person. No hand towel, face towel, or bath mat!!!. No shampoo or conditioner (only body gel).
5. Unpleasant night staff, while superficially polite, the man and woman at reception clearly dislike their jobs. They speak condescendingly or as if we were bothering them with our questions. The guy is rude with his answers but uses polite words here and there as a disguise customer service.
6. Dirty and neglected, stained walls, scratches, found hairs, and even nails under the mattress (don’t lift the sheets or mattress unless you want to be horrified). The shower also smells bad.
7. Outdated and run-down, the entire place feels neglected and in desperate need of renovation, both physically and in terms of service.
8. Poor communication, I emailed them about logistics and I did not get a reply.
9. No air conditioner, I woke up sweating!

Bottom line: Terrible value for money. Spend an extra €10–20 and stay somewhere cleaner, friendlier, and more functional.

A Few Positives:
• Breakfast is good.
• Their Shuttle drivers are friendly and helpful. It is managed by a different company from the hotel.
• La Courtepaille, the restaurant across the street, offers good value meals.

Although I did not stay at Ibis Budget Roissy-CDG Paris Nord 2, my payment was charged and my refund was never approved. This clearly shows that guest satisfaction is not a priority.

It is very disappointing to see that a well-established, global chain like Accor does not prioritize guest satisfaction and that inexperienced staff are handling such matters.

Communication via phone and email was frustrating and dismissive. As a traveler, I expect hotels to prioritize their guests, provide clear information, and act professionally—unfortunately, this was not my experience here.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the guest experience in the future.

Rooms are passable although Cleaning could be better.
The lady in the Reception name SONIA needs a refresher 100% for someone who works in Customer service She was rude unwelcoming and unhelpful.
better not say more! as it could be a long lists!
