We spent one night in this hotel and it was a terrible experience.
The heating was not working at all, while the outside temperature was below zero. Cold air was blowing directly from the air-conditioning unit, making the room freezing and extremely noisy. The night was unbearable.
When we reported the issue to the staff, we specifically asked whether this was normal. We were told that the heating system simply needed time to warm up. We left for dinner and came back more than an hour later, only to find the room still just as cold.
Had we been informed from the beginning that the heating would not work properly, we would have changed hotels immediately. Unfortunately, by the time we returned after dinner, it was too late to find another hotel, especially with a young child.
Considering the price we paid, these conditions are completely unacceptable. No solution was offered, and despite requesting a refund or at least a commercial gesture, nothing was done.
This was our first time staying in a B&B Hotels property, and it will also be the last. I will never stay in a B&B Hotels again.

Had a lovely overnight stay here, it’s basic but very clean and we had all we needed for a good overnight stay. We both slept really well, the bed was big enough and very comfy. Would stay here again under similar circumstances

We often stop around Chartres on our way to/from our house in Correze. Normally at the premier class just south of Chartres. But friends of ours suggested we try the B&B Orleans instead. Particularly recommending the breakfast. Rooms were much better quality than the usual motorway stop over - clean and really comfy beds. The breakfast was far superior to the usual offering at this type of hotel. Very impressed and will stay again!

Travelling back from a family holiday in the south and booked this to break the journey up and see Chantres. Was met by the manager who was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The reception and dining area was well decorated. We had a family room. Having 2 single beds as well as a double worked as we have 2 older children. The rooms are very basic. No fridge or coffee making facilities although when i asked, the manager produced a kettle for me. The biggest let down for us was the area. It’s located on an industrial estate, the view from my room was the motorway. It was too far to walk into town and we really didn’t want to go back in the car after driving for 6 hours and there is nowhere to go within walking distance. As a family on holiday, i wouldn’t go back although it’s perfectly adequate to rest your head if that’s all you want to do. The continental breakfast was nice.

A small butwell designed, clean room and bathroom.
We stayed one night en route through France. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was small and basic but well designed and was very clean. The bathroom was very small but sufficient and there was plenty of hot water. There was no coffee/tea facilities in the room but there was a vending machine, hot drinks machine and a microwave in the foyer. We thought the room was basic but good value for money. Very nice staff on checkout.
