Hôtel Le Nouveau Monde in St. Malo

We had a wonderful weekend. The restaurant Les 7 Mers is incredible, and the hotel bar is not only beautiful but also full of very talented bartenders who made us delicious cocktails and were attentive to our wishes! The view is amazing! Thanks to the team.

A superb hotel. The staff is very pleasant and very helpful. The hotel setting is, of course, magnificent, with a sea view and very well-decorated rooms. A bonus is the Les 7 Mers restaurant with an ocean view, as well as a bar. A feast for the eyes and taste buds. In short, a perfect vacation.

A perfect location on the edge of the magnificent Sillon Beach. Spacious rooms, well-decorated, with very good quality bedding. Professional, kind, and attentive staff. Excellent restaurant, Les 7mers (the dishes are better prepared than its cousin at the Restaurant Des Thermes Cap Horn). A very good breakfast made with locally sourced ingredients. A friendly 4-star hotel that will definitely make us come back. A wonderful holiday, thanks to all the team.

After having to leave our previous rental last minute, we called the Hotel Nouveau Monde. The staff very kindly booked us one of the few remaining rooms, and when we arrived less than an hour later, they had even upgraded us!
The whole staff was incredibly friendly and kind. Taking care of us, making sure everything was alright, they were always genuinely smiling and available, whether it be the reception, the bar or the restaurant. Clearly one of our best experiences on this aspect.
The hotel is gorgeous. The room was really comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The pool on the fifth floor is a nice bonus (depending on the time, it can be crowded, but you can also end up alone, which was very nice and relaxing).
We had a lovely stay, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and completely changed our short holiday for the best.

The hotel is amazing. The room was beautiful with the most stunning view. The restaurant was brilliant with very tasty food. But most of all the staff were all so kind and helpful.

Spotless room, very polite and kind staff. The hotel amenities are fantastic. You’re a bit of a walk into town but it’s a nice walk along the beach. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a very quick stop gap, arriving late at night and leaving very early. We did not have time to use facilities, but from what I experienced, the hotel was very nice. Rooms were good, very well kept and nicely designed. Staff were very friendly and helped us organise a taxi for the morning (despite it being 10pm on a Sunday night and having to ring around 6 or 7 taxi firms!). If I re-vist St Malo, I'd definitely stay here again.

The ocean view from our room was spectacular, a great way to take in the impressive tidal swings of Saint-Malo. The location couldn't be better for wandering the beach and for walking into the town walls. This is a top-notch operation and it shows in every aspect. Saint-Malo exceeded our expectations and so did this hotel, hope to be back one day!

We stayed in this hotel in July and we had an amazing time. A friend who lives in cancale recommended me this hotel and I was not disappointed. I have been to Saint Malo before but it was the first time with my mother. She enjoyed every minute of her stay and wants to go back. We had an amazing room facing the water. The room was very nice and comfy. The hotel has a great pool, easy to access for people with disabilities.
We had breakfast at the hotel and I enjoyed the regional products. A must when you are visiting a new region. It’s a beautiful hotel, very close to downtown only a few minutes walking.
Overall we loved this hotel and we will definitely go back!

Found our room to be just what we wanted. Modern, clean and well appointed to a high standard. Great to have a balcony and a port view ( without paying extra for a sea view).
Service was good. Sebastian gave us a warm welcome. Restaurant staff working hard at breakfast.
Breakfast has plenty of choice and of a good standard.
Easy walking distance to the old town and port.
Would recommend.
