Great location in the old town. The room was nice and clean. The elevator is very small, probably due to architectural restrictions imposed by the location, so it may be difficult to get in if you have a lot of luggage. The staff were very helpful and it was a great experience.

Amazing location right in the centre of the old town, conveniently located close to public parking. Wifi was better than in most similar hotels in the region, the bed was not too hard, decent sized bathroom.

A nice cozy hotel
Bristo is a nice cozy hotel, we feel warm welcoming from booking confirmation email to our acutal check-in and check-out. Situate at central of old Saint-Malo area, where the main attraction and good restaurant are all nearby, we love this hotel and will certainly come back if we have next visit to Saint-Malo.

Great hotel
Beautiful hotel in the middle of the old town. The staff were great, very friendly and made us feel very comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a lovely boutique hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us park our car when the Tour de France was about to start from St Malo and the streets were being blocked by the police so there was no available parking. One of the staff came with me in my car, and when we couldn’t find a space in the citadel, he took his car and I followed him in mine in order to find a parking space outside the citadel. He went above and beyond to help us, which was a kind act, and very much appreciated. The breakfast was good quality and tasty and we felt like we were very well looked after. We loved the town, and would definitely go back, and we would stay at this lovely hotel again because of the real hospitality.

Staff were always most helpful ,room attended everyday and a breath of fresh air seeing all those happy faces , treated as members of family nothing too much trouble.
