Beautiful setting and views from the hotel room. Our room was attractive and comfortable. Parking nearby was limited, but the staff had helpful suggestions and we were successful based on their advice. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.

Very nice stay. The hotel is in a great location, the room was bright and clean, with all the necessary amenities and the staff were very friendly

Ideal hotel in the walled city with views of the sea. Easy walking distance from ferry. Can easily walk to rail station. Plenty of restaurants nearby among the cobbled streets. Rooms are spacious and clean. Kettle and toiletries in the room. Breakfast is varied hot and cold items. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is well situated, with comfortable bed and a superb shower. But our floor /carpet was so disgusting and dirty, one receptionist was very cold and the place had a smell of bad drains throughout. We wanted somewhere where we could relax in our room but this was not it. We decided to cancel for the remainder of our stay and find somewhere else.
I would add, though, that another receptionist was kind enough to let us leave our bikes in their garage, which we really appreciated. She was very pleasant, and the night guard was also lovely.
Overall it was a mixed bag but not what we needed for a very rare and special family time.

Great location, very easy to find, round the corner of the city walls. Room size was alright; bathroom was modern and functioning well. Bed linen and towels are clean. Breakfast room is pleasant and buffet was adequate. Wide selection of teas. The sewage smell at the reception put me off a bit. The corridors and my bedroom were a bit tired.

The staff was unfriendly, and there were problems with check-in. They demanded I show the credit card used to make the reservation.

The hotel is strategically located next to the ancient city gate. It is very close to the bus station in the city or to Mont Saint-Michel. There is a Carrefour supermarket 3 minutes away. The hotel front desk waiter is enthusiastic and patiently solves the problems raised by the guests. It feels like home. Although the hotel public area is old, the facilities in the room are good. The hotel charges are reasonable. It is not recommended to eat breakfast in the hotel. The variety is single, and the coffee is capsule coffee. I can't imagine that this is in France. Overall, the hotel is very cost-effective!
