Mas de la Fouque Hôtel & Spa in St. Maries-de-la-Mer

Our superior room was simply beautiful, spacious with its high ceilings, luxurious through the beautiful materials and lovely smelling, not to mention the spacious terrasse overlooking the pond.Discrete and professional staff, great food.

Beautiful premises, one night was not enough to enjoy everything. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a lovely view over the marsh. We especially loved watching the sun rise and listening to all the birds in the early hours of the morning. The restaurant was excellent and the service professional and friendly. Some slight technical problems with booking on the website and with our checkout that day, but these small issues did not detract from an otherwise exceptional stay!

Lovely day at the spa for a massage + lunch package. Location is excellent, staff is friendly, massage is done using Nuxe products. We loved it!

Excellent location, facility, staff and food! We absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Mas de la Fouque! Our room had a beautiful view of the pond , horses, birds and one of the most beautiful sundown we have ever seen! The staff was wonderful, and friendly (... with a special hello to permanent resident Marius - the parrot who is adorably entertaining). Our only regret is that we had planned to stay only one night as we are in transit from Cote d'Azur towards Bordeaux. We will definitely go back some day and book a stay for several days as we would have loved to enjoy their spa in addition to spending more time in this stunning region. The restaurant was closed on the night we arrived (we knew and expected this as it was clearly written on their website and confirmation email) so we took opportunity of their in-room chef's platter which was fantastic - perhaps even better for our taste to enjoy a great finger food platter with a good bottle of wine on our room patio while observing the beautiful nature that surrounded us. We slept so well in this quiet and comfortable room! Love love love it! I can't wait to go back someday but this time, for a longer stay!

A Dreamy Escape at Mas de la Fouque!

My wife and I just returned from the most wonderful week-long stay at Mas de la Fouque in the heart of Provence, France. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and charm of this relaxing country retreat.

The grounds of the property are simply stunning. Lush gardens, olive groves, and lavender fields surround the beautifully restored 18th-century farmhouse. The views of the Alpilles mountains in the distance are breathtaking. We loved strolling through the grounds each morning before indulging in a delicious French breakfast.

Our room was a spacious, country-chic oasis with a canopy bed, exposed wood beams, and French doors that opened up to a private terrace overlooking the gardens. The bathrooms featured clawfoot tubs and high-end toiletries. We slept soundly every night on the comfortable linens.

The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful during our stay. They booked us a wonderful wine tasting tour of the nearby vineyards and offered spot-on recommendations for restaurants and activities.

We loved lounging by the pool during the day and soaking in the scenic views. In the evenings, we would relax with a glass of rosé on the terrace before indulging in Provençal cuisine at the on-site restaurant. The food and wine were absolutely incredible.

Mas de la Fouque exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect romantic escape from our busy lives. Everything from the friendly staff, charming accommodations, breathtaking scenery, and amazing food made this a once-in-a-lifetime holiday. We cannot wait to return someday soon!
