Very comfortable and clean congrats to the kind owners, breakfast was amazing. the gardens also beautiful , and everybody from the staff were polite and kind

Positive: Rooms were kept clean and air conditioned, bathroom dark but ok-ish since relatively new. Quality of the food presented for breakfast of good quality (ham, cheese, all local products). Location is near to the beach (5 mins walk), about a 15 mins walk to the old town.
Negative: Room tiny, mouldy and muggy, tiny beds (twin room - each bed max. 75-80 cm wide), broken shower curtain rail (has been reported to staff but never got fixed, therefore bathroom got flooded after every shower), no extraction fan in bathroom, no bedside cabinets, hardly any sockets, not soundproof at all, means you can hear your neighbours sneeze. Staff speaks French, that's it. Hardly any English or other languages spoken despite boasting themselves as multilingual. Mainly disinterested and poor attitude, although the lady who was at the desk on our arrival was lovely. All in all ok for very short stays. Would we check in again? No.

The hotel is basic but very pleasant and clean. The staff are all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is a small bar where soft drinks and beers can be purchased. It is perfectly located, with a 5 minute walk to the nearest restaurants and the beach, less than 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and less than 15 minute walk to the harbour with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, ice creams, etc. There is no swimming pool, lift or fridge in the room but this is reflected in the price.

Very friendly staff and a convenient large garage for parking the motorcycles.
The room was very clean, not soundproof though.

Check-in went well and fast, the young man at the reception was supernice. The room however was a bit of a disappointment, it was very small and the bit of furniture that was there was old and run-down. Only the bathroom was renovated and in a rather good condition. The sheets were not fresh, they were smelly and I had to remove tons of hair. It was nice to have a balcony but unfortunately there was no chair or table so I couldn't use it.

Hotel to avoid. Total disappointment with this hotel, the entrance to the hotel is very beautiful as well as the wooden staircase leading to the rooms but that stops there. The rooms are small, and in very poor condition, no maintenance is carried out, the rooms should not even be rented. The baseboards are peeling off due to water damage, mold in the bathroom and no soundproofing. Don't plan to rest because you will hear everything from the next room. The receptionist did not try to understand or find out why we were shortening our stay but there was no problem in cashing in the remaining nights. Prefer another hotel than this place.

The hotel is located about 20 minutes walk from the port, the historic center and the spectacular fortress of Calvi. Good location, exceptional quality/price, small and basic room but with terrace, located in a quiet area. The staff proved to be very attentive to breakfast, which in fact is complete and included in the price.
