Hôtel Sampiero in Propriano

Lovely seaside stay
Just a one night stay - but gorgeous place, right by the beach - lovely friendly staff.
Minor issue if you want a wide range restaurant, say for more than one night, you will have to leave site.

We site which is set around a small sandy beach consists of several apartments with a main car parking area/offices and restaurant/breakfast room situated close to the beach. We stayed in one of the newer apartments situated fairly high up above the beach. It consisted of 3 rooms: a smallish double bedroom, a good sized bathroom and a kitchen/sitting area. The best part was the veranda, complete with decent sized table and 4 chairs, which afforded excellent views across the bay. It was an absolutely pleasure sitting outside in the morning, eating a leisurely breakfast and watching the world go by in the warmth of the early day. Some slight irritations - some design related, e.g. an unused alcove in the bathroom and a TV which could only be viewed whilst standing up in the kitchen. It would have been good to have a hair-dryer, a kettle and a small oven (a microwave was provided). Also, we found the bed rather hard and it we had to wander down to reception and the main dining area to pick up wi-fi. We found the staff friendly and helpful during our stay.

Everything was truly perfect for my wife and me. The view was fantastic, as we were lucky enough to get room 31 with a phenomenal sunset from the beautiful balcony. The restaurant was very good, and the breakfast was also more than adequate. The beach was also perfect for us. There were also plenty of free parking places. The furniture in our room was a bit dated, but everything worked very well, was very clean and functional, and there was absolutely enough space.Bad was hard, as we like it. We had a few problems with the entrance door, because you have to get used to fact how it works, and when it rained, some mall quantity of water has dripped from the roof onto the balcony (room 31) because one roof tile was slightly displaced. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful location next to the sea. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Electric bike, kayak and paddle board for guest use :)

This is a magnificent hotel with excellent staff, service and a wonderful location. We were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We lived there for 10 days and we'd love to get back again. The rooms are clean, the cleaning is timely and of high quality. The staff is polite , responsive and friendly .

A wonderful low-key hotel, with a beautiful quiet beach and very friendly staff. We asked for extra long chairs that were promptly provided. The restaurant has a wonderful location, and a kids play area.

This is a wonderful small seaside resort. Terrific value especially given the beautiful setting right on a private beach and close to the center of Propriano. The room was clean and comfy and the staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. You really feel right at home here - nice laid back vibe.

Perfect for a family and the place is really nice. Restaurant was also very good . Only things is there are no curtains and we were woked up really early Personal were kind and paddle and bicycle location was a big plus. Warmly recommend this place

June is time, when hotel and beach are free and not too much people, which is great +. Hotel stuff was very friendly and help with everything, room, was also clean and nice. water and beach also clean, real small paradise. Hotel also provides for free borrowing of bicycles or padleboards. small minus for our time - padleboards need to be repared, Flipper was broken (but probablyby wrong guest handling) - hotel takes care about it and already order new ones to be replaced.
